Perfect location

Great veiw of the ocean and a very short walking distance to the beach. Very easy walk to the boardwalk and bars on the boardwalk. Restaurants & liquor store within easy walking distance. Definitely a great place for 4 people, 6-8 will be a little crowded.

It could been better

We stayed here for a week the unit has nice views but the unit needs more attention furniture looked old the carpet looked old the tv were not smart tvs beds were not comfortable the kitchen was not really equipped with what you need for a week we saw cockroaches and that’s the last thing you want to see on your stay the indoor pools are way too small the outdoor pool is bigger but freezing. We won’t stay here again

Just Okay... Good enough but probably wouldn't stay here again.

I'll start with something positive. This place is oceanfront and the balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise, or sunset, on the water. If you're coming to eat out every meal, your kids are small and can sleep anywhere and you're just going to be on the beach the entire time - THIS is the place. If you're the kind of family who likes to do spaghetti night, or a huge salad, and eat in multiple meals - plan accordingly. You may want to bring your own: flatware/plasticware, a baking tray or cookie sheet, plastic cups for the kiddos (or adults too depending on how clean they got them before your stay), and a big serving bowl or dish. While advertised as updated, this place is anything but. There were hardly enough forks and spoons, and if you want to use the oven for bacon or family sized garlic bread, be prepared to do multiple small batches because the one sheet pan is teeny tiny. There is a toaster and coffee machine (NOT a keurig) but we did not use them. The carpet and furniture is WORN. Heavily. Carpet is piled in many places and poses a trip hazard to small children and elderly adults. Plan accordingly. Rental management was made aware of this and basically their response was "this is a popular unit" as in deal-with-it. The couch and the sitting chair in the living room are UNCOMFORTABLE as all get out. One lamp shade is for a desk lamp but it's crammed onto the huge living room lamp. Overall, when I first walked in, the whole vibe was a HUGE letdown.

Kind of blah

We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for years. This was the first time we decided we needed a two bedroom. This was very affordable so it seemed like a good option. The place itself was functional. The space was great for our family (2 adults 3 kids). The Carolianan was kind of gross. We got off the elevator and were immediately greeted by an overwhelming smell of vomit. The indoor/outdoor pool and lazy River was filthy and stunk. We did not allow our kids to go in there at all. I’m assuming that pool was heated because it was packed our entire stay. My daughter used the outdoor pool, which was clean but freezing. Now back to the condo itself.. it was clean in the sense there were no bugs. The glass doors were smudged with handprint, the headboard in the master had sticky handprints all over it, there were beer cans left behind the dresser in the second bedroom, the master bathroom stunk like mildew… the dishwasher didn’t work, the kitchen sink was leaking (I notified the property manager but no one came).. I immediately went and bought Lysol spray and wipes. There were very few forks/spoons - not enough for the five of us to eat at the same time. Yes it is a two bedroom condo on the ocean but after coming to Myrtle Beach for several years - we will not stay here again. There are so many better options.

So much potential

If properly updated would be perfect. Here were things should be corrected. Only 1 small pot, not enough silverware, need to replace couch, mattresses well worn, 5 of us but only 4 bowls, overall unit was dusty and needs a thorough cleaning. Your entrance lock was confusing. Beautiful view of beach and ocean. Very roomy. Had a good time despite severely little problems.

Okay, not great

Condo was in great location, right in the beach, close to restaurants. The condo was tidy but not clean. The counter was gritty and the tub was dirty. Parking is close but you have to walk a block to get back to the condo. The condo says it is kitchen stocked and sleeps 10-12 but there are only spaces for 8 to sleep and the Kitchen only had a few plates and dishes and no pans.

The property was a little disappointing. We were in Carolinian 630. It is older but if it was cleaner it wouldn't have looked so dingy. The beds were clean and comfortable enough. But all the glass in the condo was filthy with hand prints and smudges. Looked like the patio doors hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile. The counters in the kitchen had gunk stuck on them here and there. I had to wipe down cabinet fronts, counter tops, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc. It makes me wonder if things you can see are not clean how dirty are things you can't see. The bath towels were dinghy and stained but you could tell they were clean. Sheets on beds were good but when I took an extra blanket out of a drawer to use it had food stuff stuck to it in spots. It must not have been washed in a while. When you have to pay over $100 for cleaning service you kind of expect the place to be clean. There is carpet in most of the condo but we never went barefoot. The place was livable and it was great being right on the beach and having such a wonderful view. The pool area was clean and decent. We would never use that facility again.

Great location

The place was great! I love that the master bedroom had access to the balcony. We found ourselves leaving that door open to hear the ocean. The only downside that we really found was there was not enough kitchen utensils and pans and not enough trash bags. All in all, we had such a great time here! Definitely one of the best trips I’ve had!
