Lets start by saying overall the stay is what you pay for. The building and rooms are outdated. One bedroom tv was old enough to not have apps. The same bedroom, the ac didnt work. Which i wasnt told about til the last day. Im sure it would have been fixed. The property itself and location is great!The rooms were dirty if you looked for it.. dust, trash behind toilet, makeup on fixtures. The carpets were sticky..(out dated). Microwaves are old and one wouldnt shut off til unplugged. The sheets and towels were clean and abundant. Very helpful. The elevator worked great which is always a plus! The specific room we got was set up weird. You enter one door into another doorway that have two more doors with codes. So that was a little weird and annoying. Wouldnt be great for traveling with smaller children. The property itself was in a great location! Walking distance to the boardwalk and stores. Picture perfect beach views, beach and pools were easily accessible. The pools were really nice and clean. Property is well maintained. Just needs updated!

Needs improvements

I hate to drag this vrbo down as I thought it was in a great location, and the customer service was pretty good, but the two hotel rooms were not cleaned at all when we got there. Sand and debris all over the floors, the kitchen stunk like cheese, candy wrappers behind and under furniture, and what looked to be a big blood stain on the back of one of the bathroom doors. Along with this, one of the faucets in the bathtub was leaking water constantly, causing the individuals I went with to not be able to shower in that room.There was also a mysterious grocery bag that was tied sitting on the ac unit on the balcony, which whatever was in that bag caused the other room to stink quite terribly. I didn't want to even imagine what was in it, but it should have been taken when the room was "cleaned" before my arrival. Also in the room instructions, it states to clean all dishes before leaving. Upon arrival, several dishes looked like they had not been cleaned very well. With this, they provide a tiny thing of dishwashing liquid to wash after yourself but no sponge. Overall, the rooms are pretty dated and were pretty gross. I wish I could give it a higher rating but I have had much cheaper rooms that were much nicer than these.

Two rooms made into one

This rental has one entrance from the outside that turns into two doors with two different access codes. The units are right beside the trash chute which is noisy all hours as people dump their trash. To the right is the small king bedroom with a large bathroom. Jacuzzi tub doesn’t work. To the left takes you through the hallway and the double bedroom and bathroom. Further down the hall, small kitchen , another bathroom with jacuzzi tub, and then living room that comes with a small table pull down bed and couch. The kitchen has an apartment size stove with limited cooking pans, utensils, and dinnerware. Table, chairs, and stand could be updated or replaced. Unit is listed to accommodate up to 10 people but only provide 2 chairs and 4 plates. Plan accordingly! Shower heads spray like a locker room shower . The main pools and lazy river were nice. Side pools were green and not working. We saw cockroaches in side buildings but none in main building where rooms are located. We traveled with 2 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of room. Beds were comfy. Plenty towels. Rooms stayed cool. One balcony oceanfront, bedroom balconies side view. No room service for cleaning available. No early check in. Read email with instructions thoroughly. Will be charged for staining white towels and sheets.

Comfortable stay, but dated and a little dirty

The unit was not of the cleanest, the bathrooms were very outdated and there were signs of mildew on floor and tile. Lots of spots all over the floor as well. The set up was neat, however could be a little inconvenient at times with the 2 different units. The beds were comfortable and during the week it was quiet, which was nice. Unfortunately, the inside pool area was closed when we went as well. Overall, it wasn't a terrible stay, unit needs a face lift and some deep cleaning.

Spring break vacation

Great to check in early but spent that hour with one of doors key code, was notifying about one of the jacuzzi tubs in one of the bathroom didn’t work, but wasn’t notifying that the indoor pool was under construction. We were counting on it cause the weather was quite cold. No discount for that inconvenience.
