Nice home near beach

The home was nice and clean. Only downfall was the street was more like a shared driveway for 4 houses and others used it to play games and kids threw softballs around by our car. Sonetines it was hard to get into our parking spot becauseof the people on the drive doing activities and they didn't move. Location very close to beach was nice. The host was nice.

Great home and location but AC temperature was limited by owner.

Great location. Very clean. Perfect home layout for our family group. Beach is right across the street and very nice. Property manager response was immediate. Our only issue was with the AC unit. We were unable to lower the temperature below 73 degrees which was monitored and controlled by a remote thermostat. No ceiling fans in any bedrooms. It felt much warmer in two bedrooms that interfered with sleep. We would have brought floor fans if we’d known in advance. A great stay, but could have been a bit better.

Great location and house

Perfect condo for family vacation

We had 6 adults and 2 young teens. Condo was perfect size to fit us all. It had everything we needed for a great vacation. Condo is in a quiet area right across the street from the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings watching the moon rise over the ocean. Cyndi was also great to deal with.

Great Place to Stay

We rented this house for a family trip to the beach and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend for quick access to the beach and for the amenities. This location was able to easily accommodate us and greatly enjoyed the house.

Perfect Vacation Rental!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cyndi's property. Communication was excellent. The home was very clean with sufficient supplies. The location is perfect with the empty lot across the street giving a clear view of the ocean. Also close to shopping and restaurants. Would stay here again!

Amazing Property

I booked this rental for a family Spring Break vacation. There were nine of us (5 adults and 4 boys). My family and I absolutely loved the property and the location. A few cons were (1) in the main bedroom upstairs, it was advertised as a king bed. However, it was 2 twin beds made with separate linens, pushed together with a kit spread over it. Wasn’t the best sleeping arrangement. (2) Also, all bathrooms had one roll of toilet paper and there were 2 rolls of paper towels for the whole week. So we had to purchase extra. However, the PROS definitely outweighed the cons. The location was perfect! Steps away from the beach, close to shopping, and any activity you could think of. We cooked most of our meals and the pots and pans did not burn or make our food stick. (We are a family that loves to cook and this was important to us). There was plenty of room for everyone, TVs in the living room and each bedroom. There were no complaints for the other bedrooms. Checking in was easy and the Hostess, Cyndi, made sure I had a number to contact her and was also available on the app. Thankfully, I didn’t need her. My family was sad to leave, but definitely want to book this same property the next time we visit Myrtle Beach. We drove down from Delaware, but the airport is like a mile away, and we didn’t hear airplanes during our visit. We may fly down next time. I give this property a 5 out of 5!

We had a great time! The house is comfortable and the location is great. The mattress in the big upstairs bedroom was too soft, but everything else was fine.
