Wonderful location to everything. The condo was beautiful, and the complex was outstanding. Booking was very easy, and staff was great to deal with. Would highly recommend this condo.

Great location, and very nice building. Condo was very clean and comfortable. We loved our view from the balcony . Wish they had a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella at the condo, other than that a wonderful stay. Definitely be back.

Great vacation

The off season pricing was pretty phenomenal, the views were awesome and the condo was nice and clean. The only issue we encountered was a nightstand light that would not turn on in the primary bedroom. Be aware that when you enter the property you will need to know the e building name in order to get a parking pass. Without the building name they won’t let you in even with reservation numbers etc. otherwise we really enjoyed the property, relatively quiet, great views and close to everything. We will definitely keep this on our short list of places to stay in Myrtle Beach.

Construction noise

3rd time staying in this condo. Always clean, nicely decorated and well stocked kitchen. This visit, however, came with some very loud construction noise directly above our unit. This was daily from around 9:30 am til 4:00 in the afternoon. Definitely put a damper on our visit this time. Would have been nice to be notified before booking that this construction was going on.

Very nice

The stay was as good as it could be. Unit had everything you needed and then some, especially in the kitchen. Great view(even better than the picture showed). Nice two door balcony. Living room ceiling fan didn’t work but the air conditioning more than sufficed. Nice deodorizing in the trash shoot as well. We will come back and would recommend anyone else to stay at the Brighton.

A Memorable Beach Retreat

Our recent stay at this beach condo was absolutely fantastic! The place was clean, well-arranged, and boasted a stunning view. It truly felt like a cozy home away from home, perfect for our family of four. While there was one minor setback, which I'll touch on later, it didn't overshadow the overall greatness of our experience. The cleanliness of the condo was exceptional, and stepping inside immediately put us at ease. The view? Simply breathtaking! We couldn't get enough of the picturesque scenery, making every morning and night a delight. Now, let's address the slight downside. The master bedroom's bed was, unfortunately, quite uncomfortable. However, we took matters into our own hands and purchased a mattress topper from Walmart, resolving the issue for the remainder of our stay. It's a shame that such a crucial element fell short, but it didn't ruin our vacation entirely. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family. The room with two beds worked wonderfully for our children, and the master bedroom being at the opposite end of the hall provided peace of mind when it came to late-night TV. lol The thoughtful touches throughout the condo were a pleasant surprise. Our kids loved the toys and games available, and the starter kit with essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap was helpful. Despite the mattress issue, the overall experience was fantastic, and we hope the owners address the bed issue to ensure future guests have a perfect stay.

Kingston Plantation

Overall a fine property and location. Communication prior to check in was lacking. Once contact was made with guest services they were excellent. Master suite king bed was worn out or support slats were broken. Had to sleep in second bedroom after poor night of sleep in master. TV remotes (3 of 6 ) one had no batteries and 2 had dead batteries. Guest services resolved all problems quickly except for the bed in the master.
