The property photos show a a newly updated room overlooking the ocean. Our room was located on the 2nd floor in a building across the street from the building in the photos. There were two other buildings in from of us leaving no ocean view other than a sliver. The photos show a type of laminated wood flooring, our actual room had very old frayed carpet with rugs on top that had to be removed to avoid falling. Our furniture and decor was decades old, no comparison to the photos. The representatives at the resort and front desk, however, we're wonderful to work with. They were very responsive and respectful. They were advocates to help us get a portion of the room refunded and we were very thankful.
