Scammed!!!

We were scammed. We will never go with VRBO again. There was no room when we got there and we had to get another place to stay. We will be further be investigating this scam. We are very disappointed and we lost a lot of money. We will be seeking restitution

Overall it wasnt a bad stay, the view was great, location was awesome. But the condition of the building and condo could use some renovation. The building wasnt secure, all the entry doors were always unlocked, keycard from the room wasnt needed. Along with the mold in the bathroom. These are the reasons for my 2 stars. If youre looking for a budget stay these might be the place. But its far from a 4-5 star stay.

Incredible sunrise

Very easy to check in. Everything you need for a simple stay. Incredible views , restaurant and tiki bar on sight. Karoake nights ! Lots of pools and fun.

Spacious room with comfort and plenty of amenities. Excellent communication with host. Safe neighborhood. Friendly staff. Close to nearby entertainment. Highly recommend.

The room was filthy. The walls of the bathroom had mold ,there were cockroaches in the kitchen bathroom area. When we got there there was moisture on the floor and walls due to humidity. The walls were thin

Compass Cove

We booked our first family vacation at Compass Cove & honestly had such a beautiful time. The resort is clean and the staff is friendly! The room we booked was perfect for our little family & the view was beautiful! We plan to book with them again next year and make our stay at Compass Cove a family tradition!

Great Location

It was a perfect place for our little girls’ trip for the 4th! The only thing I could recommend is one or two more blankets if anyone sleeps on the pullout couch. Other than that, we had a blast!

If linens and shutting doors are important… keep clicking

We were able to check in early. The listing is not giving all information. They sent an email in January detailing their linen policy, but it was 5 months out so I skimmed thru. If I had read the information fully, I would have cancelled. For our 7 night stay we were issued 1 towel, 1 washrag, and 1 hand towel per guest for a week. There isn’t a laundry exchange so there’s that. If you get sand in your sheets, don’t plan on sheets to replace it. I was told they were not a hotel service when asked about this. The actual bedroom has NO ocean view. The living room has the ocean view. The tvs need to be upgraded to streaming tvs with better remotes. We had an issue with air, it was fixed. We had no key cards to enter building from pool, we were given 2 after being locked out first day. We had 2 adults and a teen, we needed 3 and they wouldn’t provide. We also let them know the master bedroom door would not shut and you had to slam the other door to get it to close. The master of all doors couldn’t be shut, well there goes all parental fun 😬. I didn’t appreciate the response that I received about the sheet situation. Like I said, if linens are important then keep clicking. You can stay 2 nights or 7 and receive one towel, that’s ridiculous. If you want a master with a view, keep clicking. As far as the “recently remodeled” did they forget about the doors??

Very dirty

There were roaches in the cabinets. The dishes that were supposedly clean looked and smelled dirty. The furniture was stained, old and smelled terrible. I was provided an email for housekeeping services and never received a response back. On the second day of our stay, the light blew out in the bathroom. I called the number I was provided for maintenance and had to leave a message. Also never received a response back. Had to end up going and buying cleaning products and cleaning the place ourselves.

Amazing family vacation

My husband, our infant daughter, and my parents enjoyed an amazing week at the beach in this condo! We loved the oceanfront view and the proximty to pools and the kid play areas.

Great for kids

Great pool for the kiddos. Room was okay. It didn’t seem like it was cleaned well. Had a weird smell from the from ac unit and the couch smelled like vinegar. The Bedding was stained and didn’t smell clean. Smelled like hair products. There were lots of weed smell from others staying. The check in process was terrible. It took us like an hour to figure out how to get into the room because it wasn’t explained well. Parking is terrible. However, we weren’t in the room much so we did t care that much. The listing says we do not have access to the restaurants but we used them just fine. We had difficulties trying to figure out how to get in the room but the rental agent was able to respond and call me very quickly.

Clean and lovely condo

We overall loved our stay here. There were a few cons. First of all parking, loading and unloading were a nightmare. The email I received with guest instructions said nothing about where/how to park. There were parking passes that were needed to be in the garage and it was very confusing. I was told that no registration was needed as this was a private apartment not owned by the resort and had a keyless entry. But signs told us to go to registration to get a pass. After much confusion and wasted time, the passes were IN the apartment for guest use. I wish that would have been stated in the confirmation email. I even called the office and left a message and never got a response. Also my husband and I were interested in extending our stay by a day. I called AND emailed the property manager about this and never got a response to either of those. It was a nice little condo. It was cool, clean, and we really did enjoy our time there though.

Best Condo

I 100% reccomend this property. Unfortunate my husband got sick the day we arrived and stayed in bed all weekend. I took my almost 2 year old to the pool and we watched movies and doordashed all our food to us. Everyone was so nice and we enjoyed the property alot. He really enjoyed the pool most of all. The only issue i had, was finding the building. Where i went to a 2nd building, we walked forever and once we foind the right room i went back and moved the car closer for us.

Over all good, but air conditioner was broke in living room area with balcony, front TV worked part of the time and sometimes didn’t work. Mold was on the walls in the bathroom.
