Addressed concerns and all I got was sorry about your inconvenience.

Very cute decor wonderful view from the balcony. The big problems is that it is a non smoking building. It obviously does not matter to the owners . We saved and saved to stay here and could not even sit outside because of the pot smell . Also there was a used condom in the trash can !! A lot of garbage under the beds . I addressed this with the owner and all I got was a I’m sorry for your inconvenience. It was a huge inconvenience!! A lot of money wasted and a 17 hour drive !! Number one can’t even enjoy the outdoor balcony which this is why we chose this room ! Second a used condom is beyond disgusting …… I think we at the very least deserved some money back .basically I got a oh well ..

Excellent experience

My kids and I had an awesome time at this condo! It’s decorated so cute and felt very clean. Everything you need for cooking/cleaning is there for you so it’s one less thing to worry about. The beach view is perfect and it’s just a short walk from the building, right by the pool. We loved it here and would for sure stay here again!

Great place

Awesome place. My only complaint is the drain @ the indoor pool didn't have a cover. Everyone in my family hit their foot on it. I know it isn't something you can control, but maybe let building management know about it. We would love to rent again next year.

Our Sand Dunes Resort condo was perfect for celebrating our anniversary week! Very relaxing, so many things to do in the area…our host was always available to offer recommendations for restaurants….had a lovely time!

Wonderful beachfront condo!

Such a beautiful condo. It is located in North Myrtle Beach which I really enjoyed. It was far enough away from the craziness of main Myrtle Beach but just a short drive to the boardwalk. The condo was absolutely perfect for my family. It had everything we needed. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Cute Little Get Away

The building was a little dated, but the unit itself has been updated and decoratednicely. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen had almost everything we needed, and the view was amazing. The unit was relatively clean, but towels smelled musty (almost like cigarettes). I had to run them down to the laundry facility on site and wash them.

Exceptional!

I loved the placed we stayed. True to their word everything was as expected. Host constantly stayed in touch with us until we left. After we parked the car we never left until we had to leave. Everything is right there, whatever you want. We ate every night at the restaurant downstairs and the staff and owner were the best! Cannot say enough good things about this place!

Seaside Splendor

Our 3 week stay was ideal. The property was well maintained, the beds comfortable, the living room cozy, the kitchen remodeled and efficient, the water pressure excellent after a day in the sun and surf and the view was spectacular. Check in was easy; check out was easy. Our host Rhonda was attentive prior to and during our stay, offered suggestions for dining and shopping and sent us a “safe travels” text upon departure. Delightful. A genuine find!

Nice, comfortable place to shower and rest after all day go kart racing, long day outlet shopping, or day on the beach. Nicely stocked kitchen, fresh towels and linens. Fun games to keep everyone occupied. Great communication as well. Recommend

Clean condo and quiet

Very nice,clean . Saw dolphins in the mornings. Close to everywhere in Myrtle Beach. The condo was super and from the balcony you could watch the dolphins , The owner Rhonda was very easy tk deal with. I recommend this plave for everyone whom enjoy the beavh.

Beach getaway

Great little getaway overlooking the beach from the 11th floor. Easy access to elevator, ice machine and most importantly beach access. Comfortable and clean. We loved our stay and enjoyed the balcony overlooking the beach. Owners very accessible for problems and quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Perfect location with a beautiful view!

Love this property! Everything is right here for a perfect vacation. On site restaurants, convenient store, and a very short walk to the beach. The condo was perfectly decorated and the kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you would need for cooking. The bathroom had large fluffy bath towels and extra bedding was provided. I would definitely stay here again.

Best remodel of a standard Myrtle Beach hotel room ever!

The room was a typical Myrtle Beach hotel room. Front door enters into bedroom, leads to a narrow kitchen with bath on one side, then to the living room and balcony. But the unit owner gutted it and replaced everything with top-of-the-line products And the digital front door lock is awesome! The owner let me choose the passcode, so I could pick something I was sure to remember. No key or keycard to lose at the beach. The beds are extremely comfortable, with pillow-topped mattresses. Two excellent big screen TV’s. No cable, though, so no local TV. Just what comes with the Roku built into each TV. I logged into my various streaming subscriptions and had plenty to watch. Most everything is provided. Lots of fluffy towels, liquid hand soap in both kitchen and bath, 2 jumbo rolls of toilet paper, a couple of rolls of paper towels, both dishwashing liquid and a tub of Cascade dishwasher pods, a healthy supply of extra trash bags, pots & pans, utensils, scissors, manual and electric can opener, toaster oven, panini press, Keurig coffee maker (bring your own K-cup pods), and even a crock pot. Then there are the boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. I loved the personal touches. There were little helpful notes taped all over (so cute!). There is a supply of games. Even spare TV remote batteries. My only complaint is with the balcony & bathroom doors. The glide rail on the balcony door is so corroded it took all my strength to slide the door. The bathroom door sticks very badly.

Great location with many conveniences.

The Sand Dunes has everything: restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner; convenience store; pizza and ice cream shop; and pools and activities for all ages. Clean and service was great.

Great place right on the beach

We had keyless entry which was great to avoid the check in process. The owner did great with communication and information needed for a smooth process and enjoyable stay. The views from the balcony were perfection! Definitely would stay there again!

Great ocean front condo

We had a great time at this condo. The condo was very clean , updated , & had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was fantastic !! The owner, Rhoda was wonderful and very easy to work with —she responded to my emails very quickly & gave great information about the condo & area activities. We will Definetly rent this one again !!
