The property was clean and as described online. The host communicated everything clearly and we had no issues. It was spacious and comfortable. An excellent place to stay.

The property is in a good location, and easy to access. The building is dated, but still nice. The pools were great, but the area around them were INCREDIBLY slippery, and the staff working couldn't be bothered to mop or squeegee it at all. We watched a father and son slip down the stairs because the grip tape on the steps has peeled off. The room itself matches the online description. The good: well stocked kitchen, plenty of space, amazing view, bathrooms were very nice. The bad: stained blanket and covers, leaking AC vents everywhere (even when set to advised temperature) and personally the beds weren't super comfortable. Communication with owner wasn't the best. Our friends had requested a new bed set since theirs was stained, so they sent someone to come get them to wash, but they never got them back. And we told owner that the patio door was off track the whole week, but never got someone out to fix it. If this property was managed by the building and not third party, problems would have likely been resolved sooner. Overall, 2.5/5.

From the time of booking through the entirety of our stay, Renata was extremely helpful and attentive. My family and I truly enjoyed the accommodations and had a wonderful experience. Fantastic

We had a wonderful stay. The location was fantastic, right on the beach with an amazing view. There were 7 of us that stayed and we had plenty of space. We all had so much fun. One of our best vacations yet. The hosts were amazing. We accidently locked ourselves out of the room and contacted the hosts, who immediately responded and sent someone over to let us back in. Communication with them was awesome. They always responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Highly recommend!

Heaven on Earth

Perfect place for a family with young adults and infants. Our babies 18 months old, loved the beach and pool! We would do this again.We didn't cook a lot but we did cook breakfasts and would recommend to the rental company to upgrade the skillets. (This would be my only complaint)

We love the grand Atlantic

We have stayed at the grand Atlantic for years. This particular condo had a nice upgraded carpet, the property manager was super nice, and easy to communicate with. We loved that it had two kitchen tables that comfortably fit 12. As well as double couches in the living room. We wish the back bedroom had two queens like others just for our larger group, however we made it work with air mattresses. The couch mattresses were not comfortable. Beds were overall pretty comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great property! Currently the grand Atlantic outdoor pool area is under construction, which was fine because the neighboring property allowed everyone to use their outdoor pools. Great stay!

Good overall

The location to pick up the keys was easily located. The rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. We reported a problem with the balcony door not opening within the first hour. The next day, a repairman was there to fix it. We also had a problem with the bedroom door at the end of the hall. (I'd been locked in for a bit.) He checked that out, also. The building has a lot of pot smoking on the balconies and in the elevators. The lazy river didn't run, and the hot tub was never above lukewarm. The inside pool water was cloudy. The outside pool was nice. The air was cool and the water was warm, so we were in it quite a bit.

Grand Atlantic 1401

The condo was wonderful with plenty of extras in the kitchen and "beach" closet to make it feel like home. Communication with the Dawn was flawless. The property in general was quite the party scene on the weekend with a few things inappropriate for children.

Amazing stay with my large family!

12 of us (parents and kids) stayed at this condo for 3 nights and had a wonderful time! The condo is huge, decorated beautifully, and has the best ocean view. The room was very clean upon arrival, and the communication with the property manager was excellent! Thank you for an amazing getaway!

Wonderful place, great location!

We had an awesome vacation and loved this place! We had 3 different families totaling 11 people stay here, and had plenty of room. We had an amazing ocean view! Quick access to the beach. The hotel had a couple heated pools our kids loved. I would definitely recommend this condo and if I come back to Myrtle Brach, will rent again!! Thanks for everything!

Great for a girls trip

Great for a girls trip to Myrtle Beach! As long as you know what you are getting into when you plan a stay to Myrtle Beach, this is a good place to stay! Unit was easy to access from the elevator and had beautiful views and was a great size!

Myrtle Beach Condo

Everything was great. Property manager was easy to get ahold of for quick questions. The complex is nice and the view is amazing. Would definitely come back to the same condo for a return trip.
