After Christmas get-away

Property was in a great location. Facility was quiet and the condo was very clean. The hosts, Bob and Ann, truly thought of everything that anyone would need while staying there! We definitely will stay again in the future.The only slight negative I can think of is the mattress. It was too soft for us.

Beach vacation

This was the perfect place for our little family's first beach vacation. They had stuff already there for the beach which saved us money and was a huge bonus. Couldnt reccomend this place more!!

Enjoyed our Stay

Condo had all of the amenities one would need and a nice location with an easy walk to the beach. Pool is right outside the patio so it can be a little loud when outside but with the sliding doors closed ypu could not really hear any noise when inside. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy, and the could not have been friendlier. We had an issue with other rental tenants nearby smoking inside which we could smell - not the hosts fault. They did their best to help by contacting the condo management about that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for my son's baseball tournament.

A Great First Myrtle Beach Experience

I have a pretty high bar for vacation rentals and I've had bad experiences through other services in the past, so I usually prefer staying at resorts and hotels, but since this was a trip with both my fiancé and my parents a rental made more sense. Let me tell you, I could not have been more thrilled with our experience. Bob and Anne were excellent hosts! The description matched the condo perfectly and it was in perfect condition with all the amenities they advertised. What really makes this place stand out: Bob and Anne. No one in my group had been to Myrtle Beach before, so we had no idea what the good restaurants were, where to go, etc. Bob and Anne gave incredibly in depth guides to the dining, entertainment, and services in the area. All of which they provided prior to us even arriving! It made planning an absolute breeze. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

Long weekend

Myrtle Beach was great. My husband, daughter and I enjoyed the miles of clean sand and clear water!! Our condo was just as described. Our home for a long weekend was perfect. Good first floor views and all of the beach goer necessities, even a cart to carry them in. :) The condo was clean, well stocked and restuarant choices were spot on. Easy to get to from the airport, and parking was made easy.

Summer Fun

Great place! Short walk to beach. Condo had everything we needed until we could get to store. Lots to do in area. Pool, lazy river and hot tub were fun! Easy in and out parking. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again. Thank you to Bob and Anne!

Comfortable lodging for the perfect beach vacation

My family of five were pleasantly surprised by this two bedroom condo. The furnishings were beautiful and much nicer than we expected for a beach condo. My adult children were very impressed by all of the extras offered such as cold water and snacks. This was very much appreciated since we got in at midnight and we could not do any shopping. Other extras were games, beach equipment and linens. We were so comfortable. The building itself was clean and the pools were lovely. We had a great time and felt like we were treated like special guests.

Amazing Couple! Great Condo!

Anne and Bob were amazing to work with. We booked their condo in April for 1 night. They reached out after it was confirmed to help with possibly staying a 2nd night. When I explained our circumstances of the possibility on not being able to stay longer, they blocked the date out for us until or deadline. When I reached out to confirm that it would just be the one night, there was no fuss or haggling to get us to change our mind. Instructions on checking in, parking, key codes, etc was sent a week ahead, then a few days before, and finally the day of. Everything went as they explained and Condo was exactly as in pictures. They also include a binder in the condo with all the info the provided before, plus it had information on local restaurants, spas, shopping, attractions, etc. They also provided water and some snacks for each of us (5 total). Condo was very comfortable and did not feel cramped like other 2 bedroom condos we've stayed in. They even sent a text to day of departure to wish us a safe trip home and that they hoped we enjoyed our stay. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again. The Chaplin family

Myrtle Beach Trip
