WHAT A VIEW!

All in all, this was a great place. The view was spectacular, the place was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the VIEW was the best we'd ever had in all the times we've ever visited the beach. There were only a few snags with the place, but nothing insurmountable. The digital key was a bit difficult getting the timing right. The balcony doors were hard to open. Lastly, whomever replaced the refrigerator didn't take into account the curvature of the door. You had to open the frig to allow for the lower cupboard drawers beside it to have room to be pulled open. We took great amusement in it and just had a chuckle about it. Honestly, I would STAY THERE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. Overall, my family and I had a marvelous time and would do it again! Thank you!

I have always loved this area of Myrtal Beach. My family stay in the same building amd next door during the same week every year. I got so lucky finding this unit for that week. I got to visit with family, friends, and met new people. The unit owners are great. Responded quickly. The beach is quiet for night time walks except at Ocean Anne's which if you need the night life feel that is about a 5 or 10 min walk dwpending if you take the sand or the pavement. The drive down to the strip is about 15 to 20 mins. Bass pro shop and shopping real close like 5 mins. Bradway at the beach and Tanger right there. If you have a young or older family this is key. Teens and partying aged people would find it ok but they might like closer to the strip. Which you can walk too if you come back befor tide comes in. I love this place....it has my heart for sure.

Everything was as stated in the description. First floor unit in a great part of Myrtle Beach. The owner was provided al the necessary information and was very prompt when we asked a couple of questions. Nice unit for a family as there are bunk beds and a full bed in the second bedroom. We will definitely be interested in this unit in the future.

Great views and wonderful beach

The views were amazing. The beach was not crowded. The grandbabies enjoyed the beach, pool and catching crabs. I will definitely stay again in the future. Condo owner was very helpful and was fast to reply to messages.

Review

The location was fantastic. The unit itself was conveniently located on the 1st floor. Unfortunately, the unit was not clean, including stains on the beds and someone else's undergarments in the nightstand. The walls and cabinets were not kept up and were in poor condition. The smell in the unit was unpleasant, so much so that we went out to get air freshner to make it more tolerable. We cleaned and disinfected the unit ourselves on arrival as our teens especially found the condition disturbing and wanted to go elsewhere. The pull out couch was stained and not able to be slept on due to being so uncomfortable. During our stay, 2 maintenence men arrived to tell us the balcony must be closed off for safety, and proceeded to put up caution tape and warning signs. I anticpated contact from the property manager over this inconvenience and change to what we paid to rent- no balcony (??)- that was the thing this place had going for it, but we didn't hear anything. Overall, the location was excellent, but we would not stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

This was the second time we have stayed in this unit and 4th time in this building. We absolutely love the location and will be returning (hopefully to this unit) next year. The condo is very clean and offers everything you need to have a great stay. The owner is very responsive and does his best to accommodate your needs. The pricing is a great value. If you are looking for a luxury accommodation with lots of extras, this may not be the unit for you. While extremely clean with newer appliances and comfortable furniture (everything we need), it does have some cosmetic issues (peeling/torn wallpaper, etc). If this is an issue for you, you may want to look elsewhere to save complaints for both you and the owner. For us, we aren’t there to worry about little things and the unit is just fine. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning cold, and the location is perfect. If you use a lot of towels, you may want to bring some extras. There is a laundry facility on-site that takes either cash or card. I would also suggest bringing some extra garbage bags, for taking wet things back home. Due to the units location on the first floor, We found that we can hand our beach chairs down/up from the balcony. This kept us from having to carry them through the unit, helping keep sand out. I HIGHLY recommend staying here! Also, the restaurant in the building is just down the hall. Don’t Get It Twisted offers phenomenal food, a great atmosphere, and the owner Jenny is the best!

Hidden gem

We found this property browsing VRBO on a whim, thanks to a cancellation. Myself, my husband, and our 2 kids (6 &3) stayed here and cannot wait to come back (hopefully) next summer. The location is perfect. Going out to the beach, if you go down towards the right (facing ocean) there’s a waterway that runs into the ocean and our kids absolutely loved it! Lots of people crabbing and we found tons of beautiful shells. It’s also more secluded in that area of the beach so you really get your own slice of the beach there. Even in the dead of summer. The cleaning company could definitely up their game a bit. The unit wasn’t filthy by any means, but I feel their standards could be raised. The appliances all worked great, water pressure was great, kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need for cooking. 2 gas Weber grills on the property by the rinse off showers & pool. Gregg, the owner, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, my family and I really enjoyed our stay and would 10/10 recommend this unit. We’ll be back for sure!

Excellent Place

We have stayed in North Myrtle many times and this is by far our favorite place. The pictures online do not do it justice. It was the perfect place, the balcony overlooking the beach was the perfect spot, we loved that as soon as you got off the elevator right there was our condo. I would suggest a TV in the spare room just to knock out some of the noise from the hallway/elevator. We will definitely be watching to reserve this condo again for next year.

The property is in a great location. First floor made it great for traveling with a toddler. We had a minor problem when we checked in but the owner responded immediately and resolved the issue within the hour.

Had an amazing time

My husband and I decided to get away for the weekend with our 5 years old twins and boy did we enjoy our stay!! The building where the condo is located is at the end of area on the beach where you have all the privacy that you need and only steps away from the beach wish with kids it’s very very convenient and easy access to the condo with a beautiful view to the ocean/beach!! Definitely recommend this place and will DEFINITELY be back again and again!!

Great little place with excellent views and location !

This is place good for a small family wanting a oceanfront balcony view ! Nothing fancy even a little out dated but clean and comfortable with amazing view ! Saw dolphins and gorgeous sunsets daily from balcony! Owner addressed issue in a timely manor and sent repairmen!

Great Value for the money

Overall we liked this place a lot. Great view of the very large beach area (no dunes). Not number 1 luxury, but then again you are not paying for that. Every thing worked well, beds a bit old, but the addition of foam pads makes them acceptably comfortable. New carpet, newer couches. Balcony tight for 4 people, but nice. Very nice to be on the first (well 1 up from ground) floor. Indoor pool connected to the outdoor one. We will definitely book again.
