Nice location but needs some updating for the price

The unit was nice but when we arrived the floors had not been cleaned. Called management company and they sent cleaning people back very quickly and they cleaned the floors. Our family enjoyed our stay but the unit needs some upgrades. The baseboards are dirty and need repainting and even though it has 3 bedrooms, there is not enough furniture for 6 people to be comfortable in living area. I feel like this might be nitpicking but for the cost of this unit we have stayed at much cheaper and nicer places in Mrytle. Also has a huge wrap around balcony but only furniture in the front. Again, just little things and overall we had a great time with our family. Because of cost and knowing there are other spots, I would not stay in this unit again.

Best balcony and balcony furniture ever !

This was our second stay at this property. The condo is nice, but we came back for the balcony and balcony furniture. It’s the best ever. The resort and landscaping is beautiful, and a nice wide beach in front of the property. Also, the property manager was super quick to get back with us anytime we had a question.

The best stay ever!

everything thing was wonderful. It was my high school 25th class reunion and 4 of us got together and rented this condo . It was amazing with amazing views and the place was so clean. The renters were amazing , we had a wonderful stay!

Mother Daughter getaway

elebrating our beautiful Mom and her love of the beach. This home was perfect. Mom loves to read and she spent relaxing days on the lanai enjoying the beautiful views and sounds of the ocean. With each bedroom having its own bathroom and amazing views we were overjoyed with our stay. On our last of 9 nights we were given a beautiful electrical storm over the ocean. Such an amazing send off!

Best condo I have ever stayed in. The views are breathtaking.

I chose this condo because a prior VRBO guest said, "I felt like a millionaire". I second this. Because we stayed in mid-December, it was extremely quiet in the building, on the beach, and in the area, so I can't comment on what it would be like in other seasons. The condo was tastefully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We can't say anything negative about it. We hated to leave! BEWARE: This is a note to VRBO regarding the information it shared about the condo. You should let all guests know UPFRONT that they have to sign a lengthy rental contract to stay at this property. Also, a background check is required. I reached out to the property manager to discuss it all and decided to move forward with the rental instead of canceling. I had never had to do that before for other rental properties we have stayed in.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The bedrooms are very spacious and the layout of the condo is wonderful. The balcony is fantastic with views for miles . Please go to myrtle and stay in this unit. U will not regret it.
