The unit was NOT cleaned when we checked in 6/16/23. The parking tag of the last guest showed that they checked out on 6/10/2023. The unit has been left dirty with trash for 1 week. There were dirty towels in the tub, beds not made from previous guests, 3 trash bags sitting out in the kitchen, fridge not cleaned out, dirty dishes in the sink and the floor was filthy. I called the host, Frank Song, who rushed me off the phone with no explanation. He finally got a cleaning crew to come in and clean while my family was in the unit. We did not unpack or get to settle in until 9:30pm after the cleaning crew left. My 1 yr old was cranky as he was hungry and it was way past his bedtime. Frank only offered a $40 discount for this huge inconvenience and delay in our checkin/usage of the unit but still has NOT refunded me the $40 and will not answer my emails now. The bathroom door did not lock, the throw blankets still had food stains crusted on them and the floors were still very dirty after the cleaning crew left that my whole family had to wear socks in the entire time. The dishes and cups in the cabinets were visibly dirty with food stuck on the dishes, not sure if previous guests put them in the cabinets that way or if the dishwasher just does not work well, either way, they do not clean the dishes nor even inspect them. My family will never stay here again. It was a terrible experience, Frank was not helpful, and unit was filthy.
