Beautiful unit

We have stayed in Kingston Plantation since 2019 and this is one of the more impressive units we have been in. Beautiful decor and location. Amenities are very satisfactory. Kind and quick communication from start to finish. Would love to stay here again.

Awesome place!!!

I have stayed here several times. Always clean, no problems, very caring owners. Everything is a described and well maintained. Half a block from semi - private pool within the resort. Interior up to date, nothing worn out. Modern appliances. Screened in deck with very comfortable furniture and super clean!! Super nice place and pricing is more than reasonable!!I would highly recommend this place.

Easter Weekend

This was our second time renting this unit. If we did not like it the first time. We certainly would not have returned. Weather was perfect for mid-April. Enjoyed our afternoons lounging by the pool with the neighbors.

Beach seeking mom, fun seeking family - found our spot.

This location was very convenient for our vacation. The condo was beautifully beach themed and spacious. We had all we needed and enjoyed the location, pool, beach access and amenities. It was very easy to book with Scott and he provided quick responses and info.

Perfect Vacation

I have stayed at this property several time's over the years when I go to Myrtle Beach. Always very clean, everything just as pictures advertised. Real nice and very comfortable screened in deck. Very friendly owners, great communication. Nice and quiet location, no problems with parking. Security to get into resort. The area is beautiful. You will not be disappointed with this rental!!!

Our trip to myrtle beach September 5-9

we have come to the beach for years but first time in a private residence which was a very unique experience since we were seeking complete privacy. it was ideal and the host, Scott Grissom was extremely helpful when we were unaware of the front door key code. Aside from that , our stay was extremely delightful.

AWESOME PLACE

The rental is very clean, and modern. What you see in pictures is what you exactly get. The pictures are up to date. Very close to pool. Nice and quite location. Very nice and clean screened in outdoor porch. I have stayed at this rental 2 times and never been had a problem! Great management. You will love this property.

Walking into this condo was so pretty. We can tell they went the extra mile in the quality in decorating. The owner check with us to make sure all was and if we were enjoying ourself. That was unique and personal. You can tell he cared.
