Great Location, Awesome Amenities, Average Room

The location of this property is amazing. 10-20 minutes from all major attractions and a beautiful oceanfront location. The beach was steps away. The pool area was beautiful and perfect for our 5 and 2 years olds. There were only a handful of rafts for the lazy river. The elevators could have been cleaner and the second floor bathroom was unusable due to how dirty it was, which was quite a pain to have to go all the way to the 15th floor in wet swimsuits to take the kids to the bathroom. The 15th floor is one of the only privately owned floors in the building so no maintenance was available when the toilet wasn’t working. There was not a plunger available in the unit either. The kitchen was outdated and the kitchen/dining area was quite cramped. So the one side of the table was unusable. Parking was great. There weren’t very many luggage carts available though which made several trips needed at times. Overall we would absolutely stay here again. Probably not with as many people. The living areas were just too tight. We would also be interested in looking at other units at this same property.

Great Condo

The condo was absolutely amazing and beautiful. The views were exactly like the picture. The property owner was super nice and always responded quickly. I really wish you could pick this condo up and place it on a different beach. Obviously its not the owners fault but the city could really do some upkeep with cleaning up the surrounding areas. Its a shame because the property itself was great but the company other hotels around keep wasn't the best. I would definitely rent from the owner again just not at Myrtle Beach.

Great stay

Check-in was extremely easy. Keys and service were available immediately. The view form the 15th floor, looking out over the ocean was spectacular. There was only one very minor glitch. When we arrived some of the towels had Mae-up stains on them. When addressed,Jennifer got back to us right away and got us new/clean towels. But most omportantly, my 2 grandchildren, ages 6 & 7 had a blast. The unit is right in the heart of all the action (Krispy Kreme is 2 blocks away..LOL). Had a great time and wouldn't hesitate staying here on my next trip to Myrtle beach.

Beautiful Condo and Million dollar views

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful condo. It was amazingly spacious. Location, location, location! The condo is right in the middle of the action. Just a few steps from the boardwalk, I took advantage of seaside walks every day. You can walk to shops and restaurants. The peer is awesome too! We spent most of our time at the pools and hot tubs, and there were plenty of safe water options for the kids. This condo is spacious and it has million dollar views of the Atlantic. You can’t go wrong renting from Steve and Jen!

Beautiful unit with a terrific view! Jennifer was kind enough to provide everyday essentials like garbage bags, dishwasher pods, laundry supplies, and lots of towels. The weather was cool when we were there, so it was a very pleasant surprise to discover that the outdoor pool and lazy river were heated! We had a great stay and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for an upscale, but affordable, option!

This was my first visit to Myrtle Beach and this location was perfect for what my friends and I wanted! The view was beautiful, the space offered a great ambiance (and clean), and the location was central to great attractions. Jennifer was also helpful throughout our stay. I would certainly recommend.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This place has an incredible ocean view and an amazing location. Quiet, convenient, easy to find and family friendly. The resort amenities are awesome. The unit has a very good size and having a washer and drier in the unit is a life safer. The bedrooms are a really good size, the bed are really comfortable. An update in the kitchen pans would be a plus too. We had a good amount of toiletries, paper towels, and dish and laundry soap to start. It was really nice from Jeniffer. Trash bags were also enough for our 5 nights stay. It was a good overall experience and we would come back and recommend this place in the future. Thank you

Lovely place and Kids friendly

We had a wonderful family vacation. The unit was a very nice place, the resort is beautiful and the location is so convenient. My 3 and 5 years old had a wonderful time in the Kiddle pool and the Beach. With the young kids, the beach is right behind the resort is a big plus! We will stay again in the future.

Awesome Stay!

Location was perfect. Communication was quick. In the closet of the master bedroom, there were beach toys, beach chairs w/ umbrella, as well as floats and mini surfboards. We had a great time! We look forward to booking here again in the near future.
