Can’t say enough good stuff about our stay! Condo was nicely remodeled and clean. Bed was comfortable and condo had all the necessities we needed. The view from the balcony was AWESOME! My son was playing baseball at Ripken with his high school team and the condo location was close to the sports complex, the team’s condos, and nightlife. While baseball was the reason we were here, my husband and I treated it like a little getaway. We really felt we had a great place at an extremely good price. Hope to be back!

The property was as listed with the exception of the AC being out of service in the entire building. The property manager did not relay the message to us before we arrived, and did not compensate us for the inconvenience. Other than this issue everything was fine.

We loved the view from the balcony, great location and it was a very clean condo. The fireplace was a plus. The host was very caring and made sure everything was great when we arrived. We love the atmosphere at this location. Everyone there is so friendly. I would definitely recommend and we will be staying again.

We enjoyed our stay as always with Kathy and Arthur as our host. They are the best! Home away from home. We loved the condo its beautiful. Parking was great. The people we encountered in the building was nice. We got to see dolphins on our last day which was great and what we've been waiting for since we started coming to the beach a few years ago. I never want to leave the beach when its time to check out. Wonderful stay! Look forward to returning for a weekend in September!!.

Great condo with an amazing view

Stayed here for 4 nights while in town for a baseball tournament. We absolutely loved the condo. The view when you walk in is absolutely stunning. You can tell everything has been recently updated. 10 out of 10.

Beautiful condo in North Myrtle

This condo was beautiful. It was so clean and smelled wonderful. The remodel job you all did was wonderful. My husband and I felt like we were at home- very comfortable. I appreciate the messages throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable. The views of the ocean were amazing- we watched a few storms while we were there. Gorgeous! We would stay again for sure. Anniversary getaway

We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, cozy and had all the amenities we needed! The other people in the condo seemed nice and were welcoming! The view from the balcony was amazing! We watched an epic lightning storm over the ocean our first night! The location is in the heart of Myrtle Beach so we didn’t spend much time driving to get to anything! We went to see the show Legends which was great, very entertaining! We spent a few afternoons just laying on the beach, watching the waves and soaking up the sun! The water was clean and warm! We went to all our favorite Myrtle Beach restaurants, and again, the rive was short to get to them. All in all, a great, relaxing, vacation!

Immaculately clean and absolutely stunning!

This condo is so beautiful and clean, and the view is phenomenal! Very well stocked, and the bed was super comfy. The pool and grounds are lovely, and the beach area is not as crowded as other areas of Myrtle Beach. Top marks for the hosts and their wonderful condo. A note about the parking situation: it is a bit tricky, which of course is no fault of the hosts. Perfect for those with very small vehicles in the parking garage, or large trucks in the oversized lot. Unfortunately, my mid-size SUV was too big for the garage, and too small for the oversized lot. With that said, I would 100% stay here again, because the room itself is so amazing. Next time, we will bring a smaller car!

My wife and I absolutely loved this place. The condo is beautifully decorated, cozy, and quiet. The view of the sunrise is amazing as is the view of the ocean. Amazing Stay!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It is exactly as listed and pictured. They have thought of everything. The view is gorgeous. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and lots of card games out on the balcony! I would definitely stay again.

Great week in Myrtle

Really enjoyed our week-long stay in this condo. Location was great to access the beach (just across the street), shops within 10 min. drive, and plenty of restaurants to choose from within a short distance. Complex was also very quite and secure. We really liked the decor of this unit. Appreciate the owners checking on us throughout the week to make sure everything was meeting our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment and views.

The property was very well kept and updated. Very comfortable for a studio apt. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Attention to detail and personal touches make a difference, and the Messina's did that. Thanks for a great getaway. We'll be back.

GREAT Oasis!!!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is exactly how it's described and looks per the pictures; so well equipped, you won't need a thing! I HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for a place to stay. The host is very communicative, prompt and very nice. VRBO needs more hosts like The Messinas. We will definitely be back, very soon.

We enjoyed our visit! The condo was beautiful and very clean. The the view from the balcony was spectacular! The owners were wonderful and very helpful promptly answering any questions. The pool was lovely and the ocean was just across the street! We will definitely rent again in the future!
