Family Vacation

The condo was nice and had a few extras like beach chairs and boogie boards. Its. A little small but fine for four people. Nice view of ocean. The building is a little dated and had issues with long waits at elevators. Close to grocery.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect place to get away! Our family stayed here in part for a National Dance Competition but we stayed a little longer to enjoy the beach. This spot was perfect! Right on the beach, plenty of amenities, gated community with security, indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river and water activities for young kids, and miles of beautiful beach, everything you could want. Check-in and check-out was seamless and the condo was very nice. Clean and spacious with memory foam mattresses to rival any 5 star accomodations. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

We had a great time here. Nice and close to the beach and close to plenty of other things for us to do in Myrtle Beach area. We enjoyed having the different pools to use and the room had plenty of space for the four of us.

I requested early checkin....but when I arrived I was told condo wasn't ready & they would let me know as soon as it was. I went to condo at 3pm (regular checkin time) with all my groceries & when I entered it was never cleaned (we still put our perishables in fridge). I called manager & was told the cleaning crew was running behind. It was after 4pm before we were able to get into condo.

Great location but could use some improvement

The best part of this condo is that it is located right on the beach. There are also several restaurants and grocery stores right across the street. Unfortunately, the level of cleanliness in the condo was poor. There was dust everywhere, the bathrooms were not clean, the counters were dirty, and there were some stains on the pillows. Since we were only staying a few days we cleaned the bathrooms ourselves and bought sheets to sleep on. For the amount of money we paid to stay here I would have expected that they would have taken better care of the condo. We were very disappointed.

Best vacation ever

This place was amazing in every way!! At one point we locked ourselves out and they had someone there in 10 minutes flat to let us in!!! They provided everything needed and my family and I will absolutely be going back!! We’re hoping to make it our forever vacation spot!! The location was amazing the views were breathtaking!! The hospitality was on point!! We fell in love immediately!!

Great place to stay

We weren’t able to make it before 5 o’clock and the property manager make it it’s so easy for us to get there with no problem. The place is beautiful, clean and has lots of room. The kitchen is completed with great appliances and plenty of dishes and utensils. Balcony was a great add-on. Linens need to be upgraded both towels sheets and comforters. Will definitely stay here again. Had no idea there was massive camping & trailers on both sides of us.

Peaceful vacation!

We will definitely rent again thank you for the wonderful experience!! The only down fall was that the pool was under going some repairs.

Nightly interrupted

We stayed Sept 8-14 of this year. The place was not as clean as I expected. The cabinets, counters and floor were messy. Our 4th night there we were interrupted in the middle of the night by a maintenance man who asked if he could come in. He then barged in and was using foul language as he talked to another maintenance man over the radio about a possible leak in the bathroom floor. After looking at our master bath and bedroom he left. Later in the same evening we were interrupted again around 11:30 Pm by two gentlemen who claimed they owned the property beneath us and the one we were in. They wanted to come check for a leak that they thought was coming from our bathroom into the same downstairs apartment. My husband had told him we were all asleep but he insisted on coming in to check. My husband let him and again they could not find the leak. The owner came back the next morning looked andain and said he was sorry and would not be bothering us anymore. We understand the importance of finding the leak but st the same time being interrupted in the middle of the night, etc. scared my small children. It would have been nice if the owner would have given us a discount or a free night for the inconvenience. Just to show they sincerely cared.

Very nice condo - great location

small condo but perfect for small family. Large resort with lots of amenities it was nice, our 5 year old enjoyed the children's area at the lazy River. Check out was cumbersome as 3 elevators and 22 floors made for long waits. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Location

This was a perfect vacation for our all small family. The condo was clean upon arrival. Everything was as pictured. The pictures of the view/beach did not do it justice. The team was super responsive for any questions or concerns. When we come back to Myrtle this condo will be at the top of my list!

Great location and condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean, the staff were super helpful and it was a wonderful location...so much so that we ended up extending our stay. We will definitely be back again!

Vacation condo

Pretty much as described. A little to pricy but good overall nice clean condo location and great view. Only 2 bath towels per person for 7 days and they were thin and scratchy. Nice stretch of beach but company used the best views to set up rental chairs and umbrellas even though they were always empty. Had to sit behind them and it blocks the ocean view when sitting on the beach. Overall clean condo with great views. Served are purposes well. Would stay at same resort again but look for a better priced condo.
