Fun for the family

The condo we stayed in was clean, great view of the beach. Pools were crowded but the kids loved it. Would recommend!

We loved being right on the beach & having the play area & lazy river for the kids

Everything was great except for the change machine to wash clothes did not work & we had some problems with the vending machine other then that everything was great!

Great Place

We had an amazing time! The condo was perfect for us. It was a bit of a mess getting into the room since the cleaning lady was still trying to work on the room… she was VERY nice, but was there til almost 9pm (things out of her control happened) We just wanted to get unpacked and get our groceries put away so we ended up cleaning the fridge/ kitchen ourselves. Other than that it was wonderful! The location is close to everything!!! The view is amazing! Perfect family vacation space! We would love to return for our next trip!

Stuck in elevator

We arrived at our condo on Saturday between 5:30-6pm after getting our welcome envelope from the after hours drop box. We parked the car and headed up to the condo on the 5th floor. My family of 6 all had bags/suitcases in hand. We got stuck in the elevator. Yes, STUCK. The door would not open, and the elevator would not move. We pushed the help button that called an emergency “elevator line” and gave the lady the information she asked for and said she would send someone but did not know how long it would be. After a few minutes we called back and talked to a man that asked us where we were located and the ID number on the elevator. Again, he could not tell us how long it would be. I asked him if I should call 911 and he stated that if I felt it was necessary that I should. We started pushing the “buzzer” button and yelling for help. Finally, another renter heard us and was able to get help. Security came. No one asked if we were ok. That elevator remained shut down the remainder of the week. There was no information in the elevator how to contact Myrtle Beach Resort or anyone on site. The welcome envelope only had Myrtle Beach management info/number, which was closed, and I could only leave a voice message. This was a nightmare. After being “rescued”, we headed to the condo which was not even ready. It was still being cleaned. The bedrooms were still dirty and there were no linens on the beds. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. Later in the week, we found 2 pairs of shoes and 2 sweatshirts left from the previous renters. The room itself was fine and clean. Please note the resort it is located between 2 very large RV parks. The RV Park has a very large swimming pool, slide, and lazy river that is very busy and loud that our condo balcony overlooked. There is also a stage area with constant music, loud bass that shakes the ground, and preaching about Jesus.

This Unit Needs cleaning

We enjoyed the Unit and at first appearance it looked clean. The floors were swept but have never seen a mop... It's obvious you expect the previous occupant to clean the kitchen. Plates and glasses were put up after just being rinsed off. The instructions on how to leave the kitchen at checkout are comical.

Great place

It was a really nice place to stay in. We had a issue with the bathroom and it was fixed right away. The only other issues were that the refrigerator light didn’t work, vacuum really didn’t work and that they had no dust pan and a very little broom. We like to keep it clean. No biggie on that but we will definitely be back next year!

Summer 2021

Disappointed overall with this stay. This was our 2nd year staying at MBR but the first stay, we rented thru private owner vs condo this year that was managed by the resort. The building and room is very outdated. Beds were terrible! Not enough linens for an entire week. But this year, I saw roaches in the room and the kitchen had an awful smell. I opened the dishwasher to find water sitting in bottom that did not drain? They did come fix the dishwasher but the smell from sink remained the entire week. Needs some updates to room and better housekeeping.

Beautiful Beachside Property

We stayed a weekend here, the unit was adorable, well decorated and comfortable. Across the parking lot is the beach. Pools closed early so we didnt get to swim there which was disappointing but the beach made up for it. We saw starfish, jellyfish, crabs, and small fish just from being at that spot on the beach. It was a perfect location. The view was immaculate and we will definitely be returning!!

Great location!

We stayed for 3 weeks, the resort was wonderful, very close to the ocean, close to restaurants and activities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would like to stay again, but not in the same condo. It was okay but needed a good cleaning and updating.

Overall the condo was decent and we enjoyed our stay. I think it could have been a little cleaner. The carpets need cleaned or replaced. The view of the ocean was nice and it was easy to get to the beach. I was very disappointed that the indoor pools were closed. I understand the outside pools being closed due to the time of the year. Having bunk beds made it more difficult for 4 adults, but I am sure that would be fine for families with children.

No pool

I had emailed the property manager prior to booking the stay, regarding the pools. We get there to find out that ALL the pools are closed. The other properties to the left and right of use, had their pools opened. Explaining this to your kids, for the week, was not easy. The toiled seat was broken when we got there as well.

Surprise indoor pool (not what you think)

The place was nice ,sheets, pillow cases and towels all included that was nice. We had problems with the hot water heater and the plumber tried to change the element without making sure the water was off!!! About 20 minutes and a whole lot of water later the manager moved us into another condo. All and all we had a good time

Everything was good. Other than the locks on the door was broken. Didn't even have to put the code in, it just opened. Couldn't lock it at night. Also one of the toilet seats was broken. Very small things that can be fixed. Other than that, it was nice.

Nice place, but needs cleaning

Nice room with an amazing view, but very dirty. We stayed there mid August 2020, and pretty much everything was closed, pools, spas, etc. Lazy river and one small pool was open for few hours every day, Wich didn't make sense. Over all not bad , it had all you need to be comfortable

Loved the location!

Great location with a view! Only issue was the refrigerator took 3 days to cool to correct temp. Called maintenance for that and he checked it was at 45 degrees; he was great about that as well checking when he returned to work on chairs. And the chairs at the kitchen table had 3 inch wood screw nails in them that cut my daughter and myself. We contacted maintenance; the gentleman made 4 trips trying to fix them...he was extremely diligent and got it done! Very nice!! Please don't take any of that as a negative as maintenance was great about getting there and taking care of the problem. The place was great and easy to get too! We would definitely stay again and plan to soon! Everything from the check in to leaving was super great! The place had plenty of room for us! Thank you for having super great people that take care of any problems that arise! I wish I could remember the gentleman's name. Anyway...everything was wonderful!

Good times for the whole family! Clean and comfortable.

Very clean & comfortable! Great location, close to everything without feeling like you are in the middle of everything. Security was awesome, our family always felt safe on nightly walks. Great place for families. The office was quick to respond and everyone was friendly.

Fabulous 4 Night Vaca

Located between Southern Myrtle Beach and Murrills Inlet, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom listing accurately provided the essentials to any vacation. Perfect location for access to a wide beach, sunrises and ocean views.

This was a great location. We had an ocean view.... which was especially nice in the morning to just lounge with. a hot cup of your favorite drink and just relax first thing.... watch the sunrise, and occasionally enjoy the smell of an outdoor fire, because this property overlooks a campground. We had a very nice time. Although is does sleep 7, it was the perfect space for 4. Conveniently located too many, if not all attractions.
