The condo location and easy access to the beach are excellent. The property manager staff were great in everyway possible. Top notch communication via email or voice calls to notify about check in, maintenance, or when building work was going to occur. Checking in and out was a breeze. The condo is as advertised with everything needed to have a great time on vacation. There are great dining choices near the property when dining out. Fiesta Mexicana is a short walk away with amazing food, patio, and service. Regarding the views from the balcony or sun deck, they are totally beautiful. Sunrise and sunset paint the sky with many magical colors and hues. Finally, the pool area is neat and well kept. The beach and ocean are in great shape for fun and sun. We loved everything about this location and look forward to visiting again.

Amazing view. Unit was clean. Well equipped kitchen. Pool was closed for maintenance, unfortunately. The pool area looked clean and very nice. The only negative comments would be that the doors on exterior corridor could use painted. They looked a bit shabby.

The balcony was the best part of the stay. There were cracked floor tiles in the bathroom. Rust on the stove and refrigerator. There was a water issue which was fixed. The outside hallways and doors were filthy. There was white crusty substance around the sliding door leading to the balcony. I about threw out my back when I sat on the couch and after checking it out it was a couch sofa. Parking was an issue. With all the choose from we would not ever stay there again and surely would not recommend this property to anyone.

Just as described. Clean and quaint. Small but had everything you need and plenty of room for two. Great location. Easy checkin and checkout. We didn’t use the pool or lazy river or the poolside bar but they are there if you need them and looked well maintained. We are beach people so that’s where we spent our time. Loved the big patio. Not private at all but I felt it was still much better than your usual cramped balcony. Garage on the side with the rooms is tight! Use the other one across the street. More breathing room over there. Will likely stay here again if available when needed.

Great location

Great location! Beach is wonderful! Some of the dishes had dried on food. We rewashed any of the dishes we used. The balcony pictured is not the balcony on this property. The furniture is not the comfy looking furniture in the picture. Large amount of laundry facilities are available... that was great because it was so hot and humid there that it was great to refresh towels and clothes.

Perfect Little Getaway

The accommodations were great for my boyfriend and I for our 4 night/5 day stay. The location was perfect as we wanted to be farther away from the downtown area but close to everything at the same time. We probably spent more time out on the deck area than inside while we were there. Easy access to the beach and having the pool as an option was an added plus. There was the hot tub too and we actually really enjoyed the lazy river, although small, very relaxing! One thing to note, and this is by fault of the property and not the owners/unit is that when it gets busy you will want to park in the garage across the street from the unit and not the one that is attached to the building with the unit in it. The garage has 6 floors and if you get to the top and there are no spots left then you have to turn around in a small spot and travel back down. It’s very tight to just navigate as is, but the added traffic of a back up because there are no spaces available was very tricky. The hotel should have put a full sign out when it was at capacity, but it is what it is. Otherwise everything was great and hope to return again soon!!

Parking is a little difficult

Property is nice, pool is fun with a nice lazy river, short walk to the beach. Kitchen could use an update with utensils and pots and pans but was nice. The parking structure was very crowded and had a few people hanging out in it that seemed like they didn't belong there.

Good trip

Good room, great LARGE balcony, easy check in. Everything as promised. Parking is a challenge as spaces are tight and sometimes garage is full so went to 2nd garage across the street. Need lots more luggage carts.

Direct ocean front view was great!! King bed very comfortable. Large deck was great (NO privacy - but amazing view), and photos online are not what is there. There is not a sofa & chair on deck. Be SURE to pack toilet paper, paper towels, dish/hand soap, and garbage bags as they provide no start ups (which they let you know in confirmation email).Unit was clean.

Nice for the price

The large balcony over looking the beach was what attracted us to stay here. Unfortunately the furniture was not as nice as what was pictured but it does look like other units had nice furniture. We did have a tropical storm move in and water began leaking from the air conditioner into the room. We had to use our towels to keep it dry. We contacted the company to let them know and request more towels but no one ever got back to us. Disappointing but we ended up just doing laundry and cleaning the towels so we could use them the rest of our stay. Overall we would stay here again and would recommend for the view and price.
