Location was near all attractions and the beach along with groceries. Check in was early so it was good. As far as communication the host showed up without notice to fix a screen and I didn't even know he was coming. Then proceeded to show up after I stated the things that need attention. The cleanliness was not up to the price that we paid for the stay. A cockroach was seen in the rental a long with outside. Cleaner came and supposedly was cleaning the back patio but never took her things or put the table and chairs and things back or cleaned up her mess. Host stated I was complaining even though I was stating that it was not what we were under the impression of having for a vacation stay. The walls were filthy, the door had a 2 inch gap in the screen door so we couldn't leave the main door open. After everything he did apologize but it was after the fact and before he told me I was the one complaining. Unfortunately I didn't save the images I had sent to him or I would have attached them.
