Check-in was seamless and very straightforward and simple. The kitchen was fine with the exception that there were no forks and the refrigerator door was not aligned and would not stay closed completely.

Nice getaway

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here. It was perfect for this. Quiet neighborhood and centrally located to everything. The place is spacious and makes it easy for relaxing.

Great place to stay

Excellent place to stay for your family vacation. Not to far from the beach. The house was clean and well maintenance. Our host kept in contact and accommodated our needs. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Just a few recommendations….

Property was just as pictured. All utensils and bath linens need to be upgraded. All are very low-grade and over used. Both chairs on front porch are broken. Back patio was inhabitable due to major mosquito and ant issues. Owner was very responsive. I just think a few updates could really help meet your guests’ expectations with your price point.

Overall good

Had no issues with the house itself. But pool was out of service. The main reason we selected this location was the pool. Was not communicated prior to arrival that pool was out of service. Other then that property owner was very responsive, place was clean, and quiet spot.

Family Vacation

Just a little info, my family consists of my husband, myself, and my two sons (ages 5 and 1). We arrived at the house and it needed a once over of wiping down the floors and a vacuum. However when I notified the owner of this he immediately apologized and made sure I had what I needed to help clean. Other then that everything else was great. I would most definitely stay here again. The beach was such and EASY walk away. You do need to drive to some of the other attractions, but parking is easy too so it's not a big deal. The rooms had plenty of space and the pool was great for an afternoon dip. All in all the house was perfect for our family vacation.

Great Little Community Walking distance from the beach

Great property in a small community. The cottage is within walking distance to the beach, shopping, and all the mini golf you can handle. Frank was very responsive, the property was easy to access and it was roomy for our family of 4. We had a wonderful time!

Lovely stay

We spent a short week here and we were thrilled by the quick walk to the beach (less than 5 minutes with a 2 year old) and availability of the pool. The host was very responsive and FaceTimed us to solve an issue we couldn’t resolve over messages or a phone call. We had a quiet vacation but all of the myrtle beach attractions are close and accessible. Would recommend this property to a friend!

Perfect.

Great place and fit for our family. 2 bed and 2 bath is very accommodating. Cottage is quiet and great privacy, little foot traffic, as, opposed to staying at a hotel. Great floor plan and roomy. Having the laundry in the unit is a double plus. Just a heads up: Try not to use the swing guard lock and leave out the back patio to the beach. You could risk locking yourself out. Melody the cleaner was nice enough to help us get back in. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!

Adorable, comfortable and close to beach!!!

We had a great time and because this was so close to the beach we were able to walk down at the drop of a hat. We had activities planned most days and filled in with beach time each day. Close to lots of things to do, so we didn’t have to do a lot of driving. I would recommend for your trip and we would definitely book again in the future!

Family Vacation

Property was clean and as advertised. Property manager was helpful and responsive. Was conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and near other attractions. My family and I had a great time and the cottage was perfect for our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Unkept and Dirty

The pictures shown for this property are old. Starting at the pitted front door with no screen door for lighting. Family room is dark and dingy. Floors are filthy. No broom. Vacuum cleaner left full of garbage. They did not bother to empty it prior to our arrival. Kitchen cupboards sticky and dirty. Refrigerator had dirty shelves. The cold are return was filthy with dirt, dust, webs. Now. lets go upstairs - the carpet was disgusting. It was so dirty-not even vacuumed. Stains everywhere. Do not take your shoes off ever. Lastly, the bathrooms had hair and dirt everywhere. Whoever said they cleaned the place did nothing. I was disgusted and grossed out. Will never stay there again.

Great place, wonderful time with the family

We had a great time at this property, less than 2 blocks from the beach. (3 minutes walking) It’s very close to everything.. The place was great my family and I love it. Biggest than what I thought enough space for everyone one, each bedroom had 1 tv and 1 in the living room.. 2 bathrooms, Nice kitchen, washer & dryer. This will definitely be our new place where we will stay next time.. Very quiet. The owner even took his time to call us to check how was our stay. Very nice person. Highly recommended

Wonderful place!!

This place was above and beyond our expectations...house was so clean and up to date..property manager was awesome about checking on us and asking us if we needed anything!! It was literally a 5 min walk to the beach we couldn't have been happier with our stay here..I would recommend anyone who wants to stay at myrtle beach book your stay there!!

Excellent time! Miss it already!

This place is great whether you have young children or older, its convenient to everything you need! Pool literally steps away from the front door. Beach access just a short walk down the street! Neighborhood Wal-Mart in walking distance! We really enjoyed ourselves at this property! Highly recommend. Also the house was clean and had all the little necessities in the kitchen that u would need. The housekeeping lady Melinda is sweet as can be, and Mr. Song were both quick to respond when we had a little mishap with the door. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to next summer! Only recommendation would be a storm door in the front and back of the house. A keyless entry to the backdoor from the beach would be great!Also if u are looking for a peaceful little area this is it, Great for kids. No complaints ,we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Stay

The owner of this property was very nice and accommodating. He went above and beyond to help us with our truck, trailer and two motorcycles. Home was clean and was in a great area to see everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Average stay

Saw several roaches while there, and there was a bad smell in the kitchen - smelled like cat urine. Could not exit the back door. Had to take the trash around the buildings to the can. More importantly, it is a fire hazard, and could get upstairs folks trapped if fire in the kitchen blocked the front door exit.
