My husband and I stayed here for a week and loved it! The location is great and the view from the balcony is amazing. The amenities at this location are also great. We would definitely book again in the future.

The Location Was Awesome!

Not As Spacious As The Pictures Portrayed Interior Damages Batteries In A Remote Control In Living Room Were Dead Had To Replace With My Own The Jetted Tub Was Inoperable Nor Able To Hold Water For A Bath The Light Over The Kitchen Sink Didn't Work There Was a Gnat Problem At The Kitchen Sink And Bathroom Sink Also Too Many Rules And Regulations That Didn`t Relate To The Age Range Of The Party Of The Stay There Are Less Rules At An Hotel!!!

Great View & Location

The view is amazing! We had an awesome stay and could walk to many places. The cabinets were a bit damaged, but the beds and pillows are fantastic! The management group Is quick to respond. Having a washer and dryer was so convenient.The tv’s and fridge looked new. We would definitely visit this condo again.

The perfect stay

Julies place was amazing. Location in the center of the beach and right above the pool area. The condo was clean and well stocked to accommodate all of our needs while on vacation. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again!

Place is “well used”

In need of serious updates. Pictures online are very old. Not as clean as I expected, pretty sure the bathroom floors and baseboards have never been cleaned since day one. The property amenities however are top notch, pools are great and very few steps to beach. You do have to park across the street but not too far.

Condo Needs Renovation

This condo was really run down. Surfaces peeling off the cabinets, stained carpets, toilet seat broken when we arrived (which we reported so we wouldn’t get blamed for it), and overall dirty condition. Management was quick to respond to replace the toilet seat.

Find another place

The pictures on the ad are old, when we arrived the walls and cabinets were damaged, the beds were broke both TVs did not work, sand all over the floors and mold in the bathroom growing on the door and ceiling of the shower, not a safe place for a child. Dust everywhere we spent our first day trying to find another place to stay and get our money back could not bealive what we walked into. The owner did have both TVs replaced for us and new beds brought in. Thankful for that sence they refused to refund and let us leave, we cleaned the condo ourselfs they charge a cleaning fee but the place was not cleaned looked like it hasn’t been touched in months. Crayon all over the walls. Furniture is white and now brown with stains. Very disappointed. The view was the best and only good thing, owner refused to refund any of our $ for any of these troubles. Just avoid this if you want somewhere clean and kid friendly.

Great stay

Had a great week at the beach and the pools. The place was clean and had a great view. Property manager was responsive. Place was close to restaurants, an amusement park and miniature golf courses. We would stay here again.

Excellent Value

We love coming to Myrtle beach in the shoulder seasons and this unit was excellent. 5 star views of the beach and the location is perfect for wandering around, going to the beach, finding a nice patio (Wicked Tuna). The unit itself is as described in previous reviews and for us was, it was exactly what were expecting. We will stay here again if it is available in the future.

Beautiful view, great beach

Condo was not well maintained. Building had a lot of construction, outdoor pool area and deck was inaccessible. We choose this listing because of these amenities, when we arrived and found them closed we were very disappointed. Not a very family friendly location, lots of other guests partying being rowdy. The beach was very nice, we enjoyed our time on the shore line.

Myrtle Beach Condo

Not quite sure how this has a 4.5 star review. The only good things about this stay were the view of the ocean and it is very close drive to all things needed. The room is very dirty and damaged. It does not seem to be cleaned as we had others hair on the couch when we arrived. There are multiple damaged spots on the walls and furniture. I would not recommend if you are wanting to feel comfortable for your trip.

The building tower was poorly maintained & dirty. The unit had numerous wall, carpet and cabinet damage. The kitchen area was small & poorly equipped. The plumbing was suspect The toilet lever had to be held down to properly flush and the sink cold water was non existent until the toilet tank refilled.

20 year anniversary

My husband and I chose Myrtle Beach to spend our 20 year anniversary because we had never been together. We loved it!! This rental was perfect for us. It was very clean, very easy check in, right on the beach, owner was very quick responsive to our needs. It was very close to everything. The only problem we had was the fact we couldn’t stay several more days 😉 we would definitely rent this property again! Thanks so much!!
