Nice, clean condo with great view of the ocean. Close proximity to many area attractions. Nice pool area and easy access to the beach. There is a little ice cream shop/cafe at the entrance to the parking garage, which is convenient and has good cheesecake.

1st day we arrived, couple of doors from 6th floor to elevator did not open with key and went to other door and it did open but elevators were out of order. When we got to the room, everything looked great until we opened the dishwasher, all dishes were dirty.In the shower in the double bedroom had only a single shower curtain which water went through it, there was no inside shower curtain. We called the owner, he said he would send someone to fix this and no one showed.One of the parking passes fell in the garage from the counter above and was thrown away. Was charged 250.00 for this.Other than that, the room was nice and had a great view from balcony of the ocean.

We really didn’t have to communicate with anyone just follow the directions and enjoy your stay

This was a great stay because even though we had pop up rain showers during our stay the kids still enjoyed the indoor pool

Great Spring Break Stay

The condo was gorgeous! Very clean and very beautiful with lots of amenities for a family. The outdoor pool was being worked on, but it was too cold to swim in it anyway. The indoor heated pool was very nice, and the grounds smelled and looked clean and fresh every single day. Excellent stay! We had a wonderful time!

Family spring break getaway

Very nice place for the money. Knowing the temp wouldn't be too hot we booked because of the indoor and outdoor pools only to find out the outdoor pools are under construction. Was not a deal breaker, very nice property. recommend

Winter getaway

Our stay at your condo was great!Plenty of room and amenities. However, the construction on the 2 balcony's and the ground floor indoor pools were an inconvenience. There was no access to either of the balcony's. Otherwise, we enjoyed your condo.

Construction Zone

The condo was adequate, and the view was wonderful. However, the building was under maintenance construction for our entire stay. This is not the fault of the owner of the condo but of the building management. If you are staying long term, plan to bring all paper products and cleaning supplies as none are provided. You also may want to bring extra kitchen linens

Love the view

Our condo was ocean view and we enjoyed some spectacular views. This was a special birthday trip for my wife. I believe she loved it. Avoiding the typical hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach in the off season made it more enjoyable for us!’

Great time for a fall vacation

It was wonderful to sit and watch and listen to the ocean. the hottub and pool and lazy river were great when it was too cool to be at the beach. The condo perfectly meet our needs as two couples, We hope to come again.

Beautiful view

The property was in a good location. There are a few restaurants you can walk to but for the most part you need to drive to get dinner, but only a very short drive. The view of the ocean was great! The condo itself was clean and well kept. The only bad thing about the condo for us was that the second room with the double beds has no view at all. There is a window but it faces the hall way and there is no light coming into the room so it’s dark even with the lamps. Now for some they may like that. Fortunately, my son spent most of his time on the beach so it wasn’t a big deal but I think it’s worth mentioning as the description does not say that. Frank was very responsive when we had a question. The beach was clean and there were plenty of lifeguards on duty. I didn’t spend any time at the pool but the pools looked nice and were very clean. My son liked the lazy pool. The parking garage is tight but manageable and we always found a spot to park. I would recommend this location.
