Beautiful setting but under renovation

Condo was perfect size and views are beautiful. Several things broken—closet door missing, stove drawer bent, dishwasher door had to remain locked or it slid open, no handle on refrigerator door, tv in one bedroom didn’t work and hair dryer in master didn’t work either. Property was not overly clean but acceptable. Restaurant not open enough and gift shop almost never open. Pool side bar not open but they did have a 2nd floor option open—just not convenient. They also started renovations by the pool so a large part of that was closed off at the end of our trip. Overall a good trip but property needs the updated and better options

Pictures

Pictures don't match the condo unit. Pools and condo resort not very nice and kinda run down. This condo resort was once a motel set up and still half motel and half condo units. Resort parking was good and easy to use. Not a very secured as other resorts we've rented in the past.

Nice Vacation

We really enjoyed this location. The view of the ocean was very nice from the balcony, and we were within minutes of everywhere we wanted to visit. The condo had plenty of room for us. 3 adults and 4 children. Everyone said they would love to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful trip

The resort is clean and well maintained!! The pools and hot tubs were warm and clean !! Loved having a beach in our backyard. The pack and play in the unit was a life saver!! All the beach equipment and toys were fun to use ! We will DEFINITELY book this unit again !!

Great Family Vacation

We stayed here in July 2023 for a family vacation. We had three families with a total of 6 adults and 6 children. We really enjoyed our time in Myrtle Beach. The unit was very spacious and worked well for each family. The large balcony and view was outstanding. It was very convenient to be right on the beach with a short walk away. The kids loved the swimming pools, lazy river and waterslide. It kept them busy for hours. The location is awesome with many restaurants and shops close by. I would definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again.

Beach trip

Although we didn’t go through checkin, the unloading process was very congested with no property employee directing the process. The unit we rented was clean, aside from a small dirty towel that was left on the balcony chair. However, the hotel itself needed more attention to cleaning. Our kids didn’t even want to go in the game room because it seemed dirty and smelly. The washer in the unit wouldn’t spin out properly and, I didn’t receive feedback when I reached out regarding this issue. This was a big inconvenience as we couldn’t keep fresh bath/beach towels. When departing Saturday morning part of our group was stuck on the elevator for about 10 minutes, which was scary and time consuming. We had to carry items down 6 flights of stairs in the heat. An employee who happened to be on that end of the building was very helpful and, even helped carry our stuff. We did enjoy our beach trip with our family.

It was OK

The condo itself is nice, but a little dated as you can see from the photos. It was also not very clean, as there was stray hair everywhere and the side tables were sticky. The overall property was not very nice or clean, although there are a lot of amenities. Our biggest issue was dealing with the property manager. I’m in my 60s and had some trouble figuring out the check-in instructions on the app. I called the property manager, (it says call her with any questions!) and she was extremely rude about it, and acted like it was a major inconvenience to walk me through the directions to get into the property. We also had issues with the washer in the unit. Instead of sending someone to fix it when we let her know, she had my son on the phone asking him to troubleshoot the machine and turn on and off the breakers to try to fix it. When he complained about the time it was taking out of our last day of vacation, she got angry and was rude again. She did eventually send someone out to fix it. Whoever owns this property should seriously consider finding a new property manager, as Rufia is not friendly or accommodating.

Perfect Location, Perfect Condo, Perfect Stay

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful property. The resort had all the amenities we could want. The unit was super clean and had everything we needed and the layout was perfect. We spent many mornings and evenings on the large balcony. The kitchen had all the appropriate utensils so we were able to cook in. Close to activities and restaurants, short walk to the beach, well-kept and clean pool, friendly people, easy check-in and check-out. Rufia responded quickly to the only question I had. We made many great memories and would gladly stay here again.

Great family vacation.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach. This 4 bedroom condo. was perfect. Plenty of room for our stay. Great location. The ocean view was amazing. We will be back.
