Check in went smoothly, and overall was a good stay. Great oceanfront views from the balcony. Unit was more of a studio than a one bedroom as it was not enclosed. Walking into the unit from the hallway and walk right into where the beds are located. Bring your own toiletries as non are provided.

Overall good stay

Overall had a great stay for the weekend! Only complaint is checking in said code was XXXX didn’t give any numbers so we stood outside waiting for a call back to get correct code with no response. Luckily another guest was nice enough to let us in and tell us code The hot tub was yuck the last night of our stay, but of course that’s not the condo owners fault.

The only downside to this property is that there was a very loud humming noise from a box near the smoke detector. Hard to sleep through.

Lots of construction everywhere

As we were in route driving 14 hours we were notified the condo balconies were being worked on but not their's. We had workers on our 11th floor level everyday, work started at 8am and lasted until about 6:30pm even on the weekend! It was so loud in our room I could not even make a phone call. Not relaxing! The outdoor pool and hot tub were closed which would have been a deal breaker when booking for us with young kids who want to swim and the pier construction was in full swing just right on our little area of beach they had big equipment in use. The pullout couch bed was not Comfy at all for 2 adults. We ended up buying an air mattress but also were only provided one thin blanket with a sheet for our bed. The dishwasher leaked and the outlets to the right of the refrigerator didnt work at all. We also had to bring all our trash down the 11 floors then across the street in the back of the parking garage was the only dumpster we had access to. There is a nice store in the building that is

Short stay in Myrtle Beach

Convenient to the beach and to many local restaurants. The neighborhood and building are a little dated. During our stay, the building was being re-faced so there were a lot of construction workers, noise and equipment during the day. Also, the adjacent pier construction limited beach access to only one direction.The unit itself was adequate for our needs but quite small, with a tiny balcony.

Great Location

Great little VRBO, the only thing I would have to say is the construction on the pier outside at 7:30am the construction workers would start and it would be annoying. I do have to say that the owner reached out to me to disclose that the complex was doing maintenance on the balcony and I really appreciated that but ease t prepared for the sandblasting, I do not blame the owners Not sure if because of off season. I would stay here again as the owner was super at communication and response. Thank you

We enjoyed our time in Myrtle Beach. Our condo was in a great area with a wonderful oceanview. It was clean, but needed some deep cleaning. The beds were comfy, wasn't sure about the door being in the bedroom, but it was very quiet there so it wasn't a problem.The door needs to be sealed as a draft came through. Thanks for letting us stay, would use one of your properties again! You made the process simple.

On prior VRBO rentals it was either impossible or very difficult to communicate with the host after arrival. In this case the host was very responsive and easy to deal with when questions arose.

Great week for 40th anniversary celebration

Stove needs repairs like other reviews said, the location and view cannot be better, out of main strip traffic but is close enough to see the strip. Can see both Ferriswheels, the one on the strip and the one at Broadway at the beach. Loved the easy access to the Beach and both pools and to the room as well. Mike at the little convenience store was wonderful it was so good being able to just go downstairs to him instead of going all the way to town.
