Quite and restful place

Nice property, great location.

Property is older but very clean and tastefully decorated. Great location close to Surfside. Garden City and Murrells Inlet. Only 1 step to enter house which was great for my 95 year old mom. Beautiful landscaping with table and grill on patio. Had to change dates with short notice and owner was very responsive and checked to see if anything was needed during the stay. Pictures and descriptions are accurate and would definitely stay again.

Perfect location

We stayed at Eric’s cute little cottage this past weekend while we moved my daughter into Coastal Carolina university for her first year and we wanted to be by the beach to enjoy a few days with her be more move in and this was perfect ! The house was just as expected , clean , easy communication with the host and ideally located to Surfside and garden city beach with lots to do and great restaurants and not far from the university when it was time to move her . I will be coming back and forth from NY a few times a year now to see her and I will definitely stay here again . thank you Eric

Best place to stay!!!!!

This perfect sized home and its beautiful yard was the absolute best choice we could have made. We loved everything about our out stay and our host was the absolut best. We will be back and will always stay here. You have a nice quiet beautiful space to enjoy and there are so many things to do that are close by. Our favorite was the helicopter ride. I highly recommend a perfect stay here in this beautiful neighborhood.

Just as nice as the last time

This was our second year in a row here. Didn't even consider staying anywhere else. Everything is just as advertised, the neighborhood is super quiet, the beach is literally 5 min away. Questions are answered in minutes. Already planning another stay here again soon..

Great location to Murrells inlet

We were here for bike week and it was a perfect location. Close to everything (less than 2 miles to Murrells inlet) yet secluded enough to enjoy some quiet time in the evening. Bike friendly neighborhood with great neighbors.

Truly special and exceptional!

The exceptional reviews of Eric's place are so well deserved. My husband and I are seniors, and we drove the 15 hours from Toronto Canada to spend 9 days at the end of March into the start of April. The location of this quiet oasis is perfectly situated within walking distance of Walmart and Krogers. We spent our days enjoying the Brookgreen Gardens, the Huntington State Park, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and beach, and Kayaking in nearby Conway. We loved eating dinner in Eric's magnificent backyard surrounded by beautiful flowering shrubs and tall palms. He clearly takes pride in ensuring the welcoming front and back gardens are well tended to for the enjoyment of all his guests. The dead end street is as peaceful as the garden and the bed is so very comfortable. As described in other postings, Eric is a most wonderful host. He responded quickly to our queries even before we arrived, and once we were checked in he was available by phone or text, unobtrusively, should we have any questions or concerns. We highly recommend Eric and his very clean and comfortable VRBO home listing. Thank you Eric!

Clean and well appointed cottage

The cottage is nicely decorated inside, and the landscaping makes excellent and beautiful use of the available space. The cottage abuts another hose, which I presume to be the owner's, but the backyard is fenced and private. Eric was friendly and solicitous without being intrusive and was understanding of my need to change the dates. Large YouTube TV worked great for watching baseball playoffs (live TV, not just recordings), and the place was an ideal location for my stay in the area. Would strongly recommend.

Wonderful little getaway

Perfect little getaway for single disabled female solo traveler. Perfect location. 5 minutes to beach. 2 minutes to Krogers. Quick druve to Marshwalk. Eric was great about answering questions. Gsrden is beautiful!!!!
