The balcony ocean view was perfect to see the sunrise!! Everything was clean and the condo was well furnished!! The pools (indoor and outdoor) were both clean and entertaining for my grandson!! The only downside was that we didn’t have access to the water park that is on the property, it was advertised on the site and showed in the pictures so we were under the assumption that it was available for us as well as for the resort!

Horrible customer service

The check-in process was a breeze so we were very excited for our stay. From that point on everything went downhill. We got into the condo and I had to reclean the floors. Our feet were BLACK from the floors being so dirty. There was hair in the bathtub in the master bedroom and the sink was dirty as well. 4 out of the 7 days the main outdoor pool was closed due to painting. We were not told about that and they said they couldn’t give us access to the other outdoor pool onsite. After our check-out I got an email saying they were charging us for a chip in the blade of the ceiling fan in the guest bedroom. Which we DID NOT do. They were not willing giving give us any money back for the dirty condo or the pool being closed most of our trip.

Great long weekend getaway

We celebrated my son's 16th birthday and Easter Weekend. The condo is decorated just as listed. The condo is clean and has plenty of space. The view from the condo is beautiful. The only cons: parking and the wash clothes seemed over used. They need a refresh on newer towels and bath clothes. I would definitely recommend and stay again.The beach was clean and relaxing. It was not overcrowded. The location is convenient and walkable to restaurants and stores.

Would do it again!

We treated ourselves to a weeklong stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. Loved the location, the apartment. It was a home away from home with nice views of the ocean. I highly recommend!

GReat experience

The unit I stayed in with my family and friends was awesome. It was clean and the view of the ocean was the best. The amenities at the property were great. The restaurant had good food. I wish I knew how they fried the chicken it was delicious. I will definitely stay there again.

Good even in the Storm

We were there during one of this summer’s hurricanes. Even during the storms we had an amazing vacation given the fact that many days were spent in our accommodations. They pretty much have everything you need but I’m a cleanliness person so I brought a lot of my own items. Communication with us and what we needed to do for us and the property was amazing and constant. If we had any issues they were taken care of immediately when possible. Tammy was amazing to work with. If we stay again I would seek her out to work with! I would stay again if my family chose this place next time.

Sands North Tower

Pros- Great location and neighborhood. Condo was nice and cleanliness was acceptable. Plenty of activities close without being in the busiest parts of the area. Cons- !!!!Our reservation got canceled the week before our trip because the office phone was unable to complete a call to my cellphone. Once I saw the cancellation email, I called reservations. They then tried a different phone and was able to call me. Our vacation was almost ruined because of communication problems that were no fault of mine. Front door did not seal at all. Wind whistled through the seal day and night. I have never booked a condo that required you to unpack your bed linens, dress the bed and remove the linens afterwards. The pool/waterpark closest to our room we were not able to access so we were restricted to the much smaller, farther and overcrowded one when the kids got tired of the beach. Upsetting to see we would have received more amenities for a better rate had we booked directly through the resort. Parking garage height was not listed prior to arrival. Our vehicle came within an inch of not fitting. There is no long term parking available if you are not booked with the resort in the event you don't fit. Overall a nice stay.

Disappointing End

The trip started off a little rocky as only one of the three elevators were working when we arrived. We waited 45 minutes for an elevator where there was an extremely long line of people waiting to get on. Eventually we ended up carrying all of our luggage up the stairs. We were on the 18th floor. Overall the condo was great for what we needed. Easy access to the beach and the pool was great for the kids. The trip ended on a bad note as the management company accused us of breaking a slat in the bi-fold door, which was not broken when we left the condo. They eventually stopped returning or responding to emails and said they are going to deduct the damage out of the security deposit we had to pay. They provided pictures of the broken slat; however, when asked for the date and time stamp of the pictures the company did not respond. Would have been a great trip if they weren't trying to rob you and accuse you of damaging the property at the end.on the 18th floo

Great stay on the beach

This was a great unit. Lots of space. Parking garage is tight, but there is a lot of parking. When we arrived, the floor in the kitchen was not clean, so we asked the management company via email to take care of it. They immediately sent someone out to mop the floors in the entire condo. I know this was probably just an oversight and they did an outstanding job of making it right for us. Overall, this is a great unit at a great location in Myrtle Beach and I would absolutely book it again.

Lovely beachfront condo

Everything was as described. Condo was clean. We had everything we needed. We were a little worried about being on the 18th floor (waiting on elevators, hauling gear to the beach, etc.) but the elevators were super fast…we never had to wait. This area of Myrtle Beach is perfect, never too crowded. We definitely plan to come back and stay in this same condo again!

Felt Like Home away from Home

Quaint; serene; tranquil; fresh clean air; stunning atmosphere!! Super clean unit furnished perfectly with the beach theme; very comfortable beds with loads of kitchen appliances. We really hated to leave! Communication with the property manager office was always done with the customer's satisfaction in mind; so pleasant to experience this wonderful support nowadays. Thank you for making our Christmas family vacation one of the most memorable ones to date!!

Family Vacation 2023

The property was beautiful and as advertised. The only issue involved the presence of mold on dishes that were left in the dishwasher and put away in the cabinets while wet. It was t a big deal, but I spent some time washing dishes upon arrival and didn’t feel comfortable using the dishwasher. Everything else was wonderful and the property management personnel were wonderful to deal with. We would definitely stay again. We even contributed to the tote full of beach toys for the kiddos - great idea!
