The beach view was nice you are looking off to the side not directly. The balcony was dirty it did have some beach equipment but it was broken . I think others had left it there. The windows looking out on the balcony were not clean. The condo itself was very clean and tidy. The drawers in the bedroom definitely need some work defiantly a hazard. Beds write comfortable but very noisy . The base under one of the mattress creaked ALOT everytime my husband rolled over . The directions to parking garage are confusing we had to stop and ask where it was (a block over). There is not an indoor pool it’s is not even enclosed as stated it’s just under the hotel. Overall, condo was nice decorated very cute. Would we stay again…possibly

Overall this was a good stay - the condo was nice! The host was super responsive and provided a warm welcome to me and the family. He even made recommendations on where to find good eats in the city! I would for sure book there again.

Exactly what we needed

Great location, view, and clean condo. The space was perfect for our family of 4 - the W/D in unit was an added bonus given we were there for a baseball tournament (lots of dirty clothes!). John was easy and quick to communicate as well. We will definitely rent here the next time we go to Myrtle!

Very nice place. Had a couple of hiccups, but the host was incredibly quick to respond to my message and issues were addressed immediately. Loved the view of the ocean from the balcony and being able to easily walk down to the beach. Nice, large kitchen. Would definitely recommend staying here.

First time visit

We had a wonderful time and the location of this condo was great. Centrally located near many of the items on our first time visit list. Only wish was that someone had control over the weather because spending more time on the beach with this location would have been absolutely perfect.

Family of 5 Adults Myrtle Beach Vacay

The view of the beach from the balcony is great - sitting out on the balcony was very relaxing. A bit tight for 5 adults with one bathroom and a pull out sofa bed, but totally worth it for the location (walk right out onto the beach), the amenities, and the great condition of the condo. We loved Myrtle Beach and enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a wonderful 3 night and 4 day stay here 6/27-6/30 -24 . Two beds and a pullout couch accommodated my whole family. Nice kitchen and appliances. If you stay here don’t use the Kureg coffee machine we tried to use it and it would just keep overflowing our cup until the machine ran out of water. They had a backup coffee pot over the stove we used as a backup so we resolved the issue quickly. We had great communication with the owners before and during our stay. The week prior we asked for food recommendations and they got back to us quickly with many responses . Only suggestion would be to get a little binder with breakfast, lunch and dinner spot recommendations and or things to do in the area would be nice. We also did a dolphin excursion while we were there and we had a blast and seen dolphins. We had a wonderful time .

Good and Bad

Feedback: Positives: -- The owners have excellent communication were very available to us -- Location is good -- Unit is as described but with a few notes in the negatives to be aware of Negatives: -- Bathroom is spacious but the shower has mold -- Bathtub also has hand rails to assist guests in and out of the tub but if you have issues lifting your legs over a high and wide rim you need to reconsider. (tub looks like a jet tube without the jets) -- The beach furniture is rusty and moldy As shown in the pictures you can see the sunrise from the bedroom but the outdoor space is very small and gets all of the afternoon and evening sun. I liked the place but we will not be returning.

The condo itself was cute. Nice decor and homey feeling. Needs some updating in the bathroom. Mold all around the shower and on the lining of the shower curtain. Also the handle of the hair dryer started melting while I was drying my hair and it melted all over my hand. Not a bad place to stay for the price!
