Great location, easy access into the property. Balcony was the best area with views of the ocean. The area felt safe even at nighttime. We didn’t use the pools but they looked clean and well kept. Ice cream truck made its daily appearance which we loved. Parking garage had shopping carts to use to transport groceries from your vehicle. Everything was clean and well kept. Great time had by all.

Everything we hoped for and more!

The condo was beautiful and spacious. The view from the family room/kitchen and balcony was wonderful. The kitchen is more than adequately furnished. We had a little problem with the microwave and John called me within a couple of minutes after sending him the message. The problem was resolved quickly. After going to the beach for decades, this is our favorite property.

A nice time in Myrtle Beach

4 couples had a green time in Myrtle Beach! Condo was great- we rented a car but found we could easily Uber everywhere. Very close to the airport- and timing was good- before the Easter rush. It could have been a bit warmer but a nice trip regardless!

Myrtle beach September family vacation

There was 6 of us in our vacation rental. My parents (both in their 80”s), my sister and her husband and myself and my husband. Amazing oceanfront condo with beautiful views. We sat for hours on the balcony or living room watching the ocean, sunrise and sunsets. Every amenity you could need was in the condo. Fantastic huge condo with the perfect layout for families and multiple people. John was a fantastic host who answered any questions we had promptly. Close to all areas we wanted to visit and easy to get around. The only suggestion we had was to maybe have a 2 inch memory foam on all the beds so that they were a bit more comfy.

Beautiful Condo inside and out. Plenty of space for 5 Couples and two children. Inside condo was just as pictured and very clean. The Balcony was plenty big enough with a beautiful view of ocean. We were very pleased and would definitely rent again!!

Friends trip

Plenty of room for everyone. A nice balcony to watch a beautiful sunrise in the morning. Located right on the beach to enjoy. And a very well maintained property. Short drive to the boardwalk and all necessary shopping.

Awesome Place For a Large Family Vacation

This 5 bedroom condo was PERFECT for our family vacation. My wife and I took our 3 adult children, their spouses and 3 and 1 year old grandchildren to the condo. Place was very clean and well maintained. We had plenty of room for the 10 of us. Balcony was wonderful. Kitchen had everything we needed. The two refrigerators really helped. We all used the outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub and lazy river everyday. Not crowded at all. We also went to beach everyday, not crowded on the beach either. We went back and forth a lot, left our stuff on the beach all day, no one bothered it. It was great being able to watch the parasailing and jetsking right out front everyday because the rental place was only a couple hundred yards away. Place was very convenient to playgrounds, mini golf, par 3 golf, Broadway at the Beach and the boardwalk. Everyone said they all want to go back next year. Just a great place for a vacation. - Scott and Mary

Fabulous Condo for a family

We loved our stay! Condo was exactly like the listing/pictures. John was very helpful when we couldn’t figure out how to get hot water, which ended up being nothing more than giving it a few extra minutes to get hot.

Family beach vacation

We enjoyed the spacious condo, plenty of room for our group of 11, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The view couldn’t get any better access to the beach was perfect. We did many tourist activities in the area. The only thing we would change is that the condo association does not recycle. Would definitely come back.

The condo was nice & had what we needed for the week. We did notice mold in the shower curtains & white coffee pot in kitchen. Our biggest issue was that the complex was not kid friendly at all. Our extremely well behaved children were constantly approached by adults asking what they were doing in the hot tub, where parents were etc. Also, the indoor heated pool was closed for maintenance half the week. This would have been nice to know before we booked. If you are adults only, this seems to be a good spot.

Perfect Getaway!

John’s condo was the perfect place for a family gathering. The 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and great living area gave everyone the space they needed. The view from the terrace was awesome, and beach/pool access couldn’t have been easier. The location was also perfect, close to everything. Check in was seamless and John was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely rebook here in the future!

This property did not disappoint. It is just as it's pictured. From the steller view of the ocean once you walk in to the comfortable furniture it was exactly as described! Book it and have a good family time.

Large and luxurious

This condo was definitely luxurious and upscale. Sporting two refrigerators and two dishwashers and two ovens, you could definitely entertain a large crowd here. Our only complaint was that the main living room had a very awkward furniture layout which was not great for viewing the ocean, nor was it comfortable for most to view the TV, either. Other than that, it seemed clean, well-maintained, had great amenities, and easy access to the beach. The lazy river was fun! We really enjoyed our stay.
