The location of this property was excellent, with most attractions within walking distance. It took us about 20 minutes to reach the boardwalk on foot. The room was clean, though not meticulously spotless.Parking is located about three streets away, which could be inconvenient if traveling with a lot of luggage; however, this was not an issue for us. The check-in directions were helpful; however, they only included the room number and did not provide clear instructions on how to locate the room. We ultimately had to ask an employee for assistance.

Condo on beach

We really liked the condo and felt overall it was clean and well cared. We especially enjoyed how big the tub was (helpful for my toddler) and that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. The parking did not bother us because we’re a young couple, but it should be noted that the parking garage is about 1 block away from the condos.

The beach life

Birthday Vacation

This was our first time staying in Myrtle Beach and the property did not disappoint. We had beautiful view of the ocean. Our stay was during Hurricane Debby and our host was so kind to check on us and to keep us updated on the weather. If we ever get to travel back to the beach we will definitely look for this property to rent.

The pool was a little small for the size of the building but the grounds and hallways were kept clean. Our unit had everything we needed. Decent privacy on the balcony.

Review

The whole condo was dirty. Bedroom furniture hadn't bed dusted for months. Sweeper was not used, no one mopped, the floor in the kitchen was sticky. Washer and dryer were dirty. Not enough items to work with in the kitchen and the bed was terrible. The outside decking was also dirty. I would have been ashamed to rent something like that. Never again..

The Carolinian

The condo was okay but no ice maker, I had to clean out the drain in the tub that was full of hair. I was going to use the washer and dryer and when I opened the dryer I had to clean the lint container so needless to say I did not use the washer nor the dryer. We were not used to having to go so far for parking. Our time spent at the Carolinian was okay but to be honest I would not stay there again.

Great Condo

Everything was perfect for our stay. Since we were there for a month and planned on side trips, the location was ideal. Loved the late morning and afternoon sun on the balcony for sitting and reading. The furniture was very comfortable and having a w/d setup was especially convenient. The beach of course is beautiful and we walked most days. The pool area is very nice. The management company took care of the beeping smoke alarm immediately. Would highly recommend.

Great stay!

The stay was wonderful! It was clean and cozy from the time we walked in. Everything we needed was there and we enjoyed that there were games in the condo. Communication with the property manager was wonderful and quick. Any issue I had, she addressed it quickly. I definitely enjoyed it!!

Great Getaway

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend a change of mattress. The side I slept on had some wear in it and caused me to have a back ache. This condo is in a great location and is walking distance from great shopping and restaurants.

Carolinian beach Resort

The condo was great and very clean. You could walk to the gift shops and restaurants from your hotel. The only problem I would say is that the garage is a block away from the condo.

Great customer service with every issue

We couldn’t get into the condo at check-in time due to some cleaning issues, we were informed and she was so apologetic and let us know as soon as it was ready. We had a hard time figuring out where the parking garage was, but after texting the property manager she immediately messaged us directing us where to go and even sent a picture of the garage. There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the condo. I brought my own with me so it wasn’t a big deal. We totally enjoyed the condo and the location. We walked almost everywhere. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great time at this condo.

This was an excellent place to stay. Close to everything. Not very crowded on the beach and very clean. Comfortable and roomy condo. Definitely recommend. Property management was so nice and helpful.
