Great beach vacation

Our stay was great and communication with the property manager was easy and prompt. There were a few items in the kitchen that needed replacing and the manager was very helpful. Accommodations were comfortable and clean and it’s just a short walk to the beach!

Great Location

The property was nice. It accommodated our group of 6 adults and two children very well. The beach was just a short walk (less than 5 minutes). Restaurants and currents water park are within walking distance. A shuttle is also available. Check-in was simple. Property managers were responsive. I would recommend this property.

This villa is very nice as described. The rooms were spacious & suited our family very well. One & ONLY complaint was distance to beach when pulling a full beach wagon with chairs & umbrellas. If simply walking without equip, it was fine.

My husband and I and our two daughters with their husbands and toddlers (both under 2) stayed here. The property is less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. The property itself was beautiful and we loved the Kingston plantation grounds. We walked the babies to the playground and then walked to get ice cream. The babies loved the water park - and needless to say the beach. It was a wonderful vacation. The only snag is that I accidentally left my AirPods in the master bedroom and I am hoping the cleaning staff will find them and turn them in.

Four guys golfing

First of all, this is a very nice property. It is a two-story, end unit condo with an excellent location. The Windermere condos are very nice. We only had a couple of minor issues during our stay, and the host (especially Rachelle) was readily accessible and responsive, and things got taken care of quickly. Check-in and check-out were very simple. My only comment/suggestion is basically the same I have with most vacation rental properties: The coffee maker is the kind where you brew a pot, as opposed to having a Keurig coffee maker; and the pots & pans probably should be replaced/updated. Also, a couple of the guests did say that there was some sand in their beds when they first pulled the sheets back. However, for 4 guys on a golf trip, these items did not really impact our stay. Overall, I would definitely stay at this property again and would rent from this host again.

Great property - Great location

The property was very clean and as described in the listing. A true 4 bedroom home with plenty of room for extended family traveling together. I enjoyed the property ammenties and everything needed was very close. The security guards entering the property were very helpful. The location of this specific home was within walking distance to the beach and was very easy to access the walkways. I would highly recommend.

Perfect fit for a family

Windermere by the Sea worked out well for our family of 5 adults & 3 children . Spacious, clean & loved the corner unit with the front porch & screened in back porch. Enjoyed the water exercise , yoga & pickle ball court. Very impressed with all the amenities Kingston Plantation has to offer . Only a 5 minute walk to the beach & several options of the many pools available to us . The kids waterpark & slides were a hit . The Black Drum restaurant & others on the property were very good. Overall great stay! Would definitely come back!

We loved it - had my parents, wife and two kids. The condo was very clean and really well laid out - two main bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. The amenities of the area were awesome - we spent all day at the kids pool and the condo was less than 5 min walk to the beach. We will be back!!

Great weekend!

Condo was just as described. It provided our family of 5 adults and two teens with of plenty of space and had all the supplies we needed for the weekend. There were only two complaints: the floors looked clean, but we all walk around barefoot inside and the soles of our feet were all black from walking on the floors; and my bed was short sheeted (the bottom sheet only went down about 3/4 of the bed, the bottom 1/4 was only the mattress cover. All in all, a good stay!
