While we absolutly loved the stay, the place was spacious and exactly what we were looking for. What I did not appreciate was the tone of the owner. My messages went from very normal and cordial to almost talking as if we were children. Threats that she would hate to charge us damage fees, telling us to turn the ac to a certain temp or we'd be charged a fee... it just became very annoying. Not only do I know how to take care of a place but I run a cleaning company and just thought this was excessive.. We were charged a pretty large cleaning fee but still left the place with dishes and laundry washed, showers wiped down, toilets cleaned and trash taken out as we always do. Then watch as THREE cleaners go upstairs to act like they had a lot to do when they didnt. So while I enjoyed the overall stay I will never go to this place anytime we go back to the Beach... Id rather pay more and not feel nagged!!!!! We will probably go for a hotel much closer to the water and def less of a headache!!! Thank you for the stay!!!!
