The large balcony was the best feature of the rental. We enjoyed sitting out looking at the ocean. In the afternoons we had snacks and refreshments outside. The sunrises were spectacular. The room was nicely furnished and comfortable. The photos we saw online made the room appear a little larger. We did have a enjoyable stay.

The best part of the condo by far was the spacious sundeck balcony. However, the million dollar view was tainted secondary to a kitchen furnished from the dollar tree. Melted utensils, rusted pans. The coffee pot was not the quality I would have expected. The hot plate was rusted. The size of the room was as expected, the floors were a bit dirty.The resort itself was a bit dingy and dirty.The outdoor water amenities were not operational for the first three days of our stay. The pillows on the bed are flat and did not provided support.

Great Location and resort & room was exactly as described/posted.

1. Great Location in the heart of N.MB and on the beach. 2. Great balcony and huge. 3. Room was clean. 4. Resort is overall pretty clean, but kind of dated, but not a show stopper for the price. 4. Fresh sheets. (as posted, you have to make the bed). 5.Easy access to beach, pool, hot tub, lazy river and tiki hut. 6. Some Days they had a DJ at the pool. 7. Pool and etc were clean. 8. Rental of chairs and umbrella available on the beach, but a little pricey, but well needed and used 9. Beach is very clean and great for walking and picking up shells. 10. Easy to book and responsive. 11. Parking Garage is tight, but it's fine if you drive slow. 12. You get to park on your floor if you are the 6th floor ?? or lower and won't need the elevator for your room. 13. Bed was comfortable. 14. Life Guards on duty. 15. Fun waves. 16. Appliances worked well, cold fridge/freezer and you have all your pans/utensils. 16. Dated room a little, but Clean, organized, bathroom was good and water pressure was great. 17. Remember you need to bring your tissue and paper towels as NOTED in the contract. 18. Check in was easy. 19. Lot's and Lot's of places to eat within walking distance. 20. Laundry area was fine. Dated as well, but worked well & only 2.00. 21. Bartenders were very nice & friendly. 22. READ the contract as there were NO surprises 23. Halls were a bit dirty, but not bad and NOT an issue. 24. Quick Ocean Getaway

My wife and I felt that this property met all our expectations and the pictures of the property were very accurate. It had a beautiful and spacious balcony with an amazing view of the beach. Parking on the level was so convenient! Woudefinirecommend this for a couples getaway!

Great place

Everything was great about the stay! The view was amazing. A very nice place to stay for the price. The only thing that was frustrating was the parking. The garage was very crowded and there was one point where I literally got the last park on the top floor, with a line of cars behind me still looking for a park. The garage has only 6 levels and but the place has way more floors.and rooms. Other than that great place to stay!

The place was beautiful and balcony was amazing. The property management office was not located near the property, the sheets and towels were thin, you had to make your bed when you got there and they charged a bunch of additional fees, this should not be a VRBO
