Quiet and conveniently located

Great location, well maintained, condo. The location was great. The owners were quick and helpful when I panicked and needed help entering the door-which was actually very simple. The pool was incredibly clean and the maintenance man was around the grounds everyday. Security was seen at night making sure things were buttoned up. As a single mom that traveled alone with my children, I wish I knew of this place sooner.

Nicely furnished

Before reading, when I contacted the owner about the following issues, she was very responsive to my concerns. Upon arrival, we had several issues with cleanliness and bed issues. King bed is very nice. Mattress for sofa not so good. I let the owner know and she was ordering a new one so my daughter ended up sleeping just on the cushions. There was a lot of dirt under couch due to cleaning person not pulling it out to sweep. Twin beds were not very comfortable due to the coils. They squeaked when you would move. My granddaughter and her husband ended up sleeping on them so we moved the beds together and moved dresser and the dirt and food wrappers were under bed. Owner was very good with communication. I am not attaching pictures because owner was willing to get some things taken care of.

We booked a stay last minute. The owners answered any and all questions I had, and their response time was quick. The location is nice, and quiet. You have easy access to the beach. We enjoyed our short trip.

Everything was very good overall. There was some sandiness in various places, but that's to be expected so close to the beach. The host was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. The unit does not come with paper goods, towels, or linens. This was not a problem for us, but we didn't find out until after booking. The kitchen has all the pans, plates, and utensils you'll need.

Nice place with ocean view.

Very nice condo. The kitchen was equipped really well. The pools were nice and hot tubs were a great way to relax after spending the day on the beach. Would book again.

Fresh and beachy

Everything was great! We kept the fans running all the time. Everything was convenient. Beds were very comfortable. Spacious refrigerator and ice maker. Close to the beach and pool. Communication with owner was excellent! So glad I found this place!

Very authentic description

Our stay couldn’t have went any smoother. Everything was exactly as described. The owners were easy to work with. The check in process was very easy, we arrived in the middle of the night and had no issues whatsoever.

Great Mother/Daughter Trip

My childhood best friend and I took our daughters for a fun getaway. The condo is in a great location and the beach was very peaceful. Not crowded at all. The owner was great with communication and the condo had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely return!

Wonderful Weekend!

The across the board FIVE STAR rating is much deserved. The pictures are a true depiction of all the condo has to offer. The location is centrally located to food, shopping and family activities. The host is a very efficient and friendly communicator.

Beautiful location

Great property just walking distance from the beach! The private path to the beach was so convenient and amazing. Kathy was so responsive and helpful. We had the best time for our first time in Myrtle Beach. Would definitely recommend :)

Perfect location

When we first got there, there was a little issue with the clean up that had been done prior to our arrival. Other than that, it was a perfect stay. Excellent location with easy access to a nice, private beach area. Communication with host was prompt and thorough!

Perfect location with great amenities

We’ve stayed in Myrtle Beach many times and this was one of the best locations for us. We loved having laundry right on our floor (bring quarters) and the unit had everything we needed for meal prep. We took advantage of the outdoor gas grill and cooked out one night as well, which was nice. The pool is just out the back and we were there every day and there were always plenty of chairs. The chairs were new and very nice and the pool was super clean. We brought a bunch of games but ended up playing the Monopoly game that was already in the condo on a rainy day. The beach was great because you are far enough from the large resorts that we never had to look for space. I thought the walk over to the beach would be longer but it’s really just right out front. There was plenty of parking close to the building and we had an open Jeep our entire trip and never had any issues. We did have some noise from the upstairs neighbor but never too late at night and that’s to be expected anytime you’re in a multilevel unit. Kathy was SO responsive and great to work with which makes all the difference in a rental. We left something in the condo and she was super quick to help us locate and return it. Final note… if you like really good Italian, there is an amazing place at the end of the street called Crave. Get the lasagna. 😉 We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

Flop on In is a great property. It’s close to a quiet part of the beach, truly just a short walk across a non-busy road. Also close to well reviewed restaurants, grocery stores, and Kirks Icecream (we went three times!) The pools and hot tubs on the property are convenient to the condo. As for the condo, it had everything we needed. The bed and living room furniture were comfortable with plenty of seating and lighting. Kathy was quick to reply to any questions or assistance needed. I would definitely recommend Flop On In!

Exactly as Expected

Everything was exactly as stated on the listing, Very comfortable beds and a lot of items to use at the beach like boogie boards and toys. Will stay here again.
