This condo deserves 10 plus stars. The view is breathtaking. All of the amenities of home. Super clean throughout, comfortable bedding, fast WiFi, smart tv’s and the list goes on. The hosts were very responsive and provided some great recommendations to help make our time in North Myrtle Beach even more enjoyable. We even met some of the residents of Brigadune and they made my husband and I feel right at home. We highly recommend this condo and hope to return in the future.

Amazing Vacation

This is our 2nd time at this condo and it is such a beautiful condo with an amazing view of the ocean. Highly recommend if you are visiting the Myrtle Beach area. We will definitely be back.

Everything you want……

This is a wonderful condo. Location is amazing. Very quiet. We loved being on the 17th floor, talk about the view. WOW! We celebrated New Years Eve at the condo. It was perfect. Cooked in (used the grill downstairs) and celebrated in style, surf and turf! My sister and b-i-l joined us for a few days. The condo easily accommodated the four of us. This condo has everything you might want/need for a truly fabulous getaway. Bob and Joe Anne are terrific hosts. We will definitely head back for another getaway.

The view outside to the front window was fantastic. The condo was in great shape. Everything you need is there. The property is in great shape. Everyone we met who worked there was nice. The beach was great. Jo Anne was great to work with.

Great Condo

The condo was exactly as described. Very nice and comfortable. Bob and JoeAnne were fantastic. We had some concerns staying on the 17th floor while receiving the tail end of hurricane Debby. They were very reassuring, kind and even gave us a free parking pass to park our vehicle in a garage if we were concerned about flooding (it did not flood were we stayed). The master-bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice (we did not use the room with the twin beds or the second bathroom). We always enjoy having an in-unit washer and dryer. My favorite condo in Myrtle Beach

I have been staying at condo for the last several years. I don’t even look for other places to stay anymore Joanne and Joe are the nicest folks, They are always available if you have a question or a need! The condo is perfect. Very clean, & only a few steps to the ocean! The location of this Condo could not be better. You are close to everything, You can stay busy or you can just stay by the ocean. I walk down to Ocean Annies in the evening and listen to great music without requiring driving. The accommodations are beautifully decorated In a beachy theme with A welcoming atmosphere. I have never felt unsafe on these grounds during the day or after hours late at night. I always look forward to returning ! It’s top notch!

Perfect condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo building is smaller and therefore the beach are is not extremely crowded. We never had any issues finding a spot on the beach. This unit is on the 17th floor (1 down from the top). The condo was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The balcony was adorable and had plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. We had no issues with the AC keeping up with the hot temperatures, the fridge stayed cold, couches were comfortable and clean for our lazy time. I would note that you need to be sure the sliding glass door closes all the way or the condo gets muggy and hot. The slider is a little hard to close all the way and gave us a little trouble but we got the hang of it. The room with the twin beds had a good bit of elevator noise but nothing that ever really kept us from resting. We forgot extra trash bags so it would have been nice to have an extra one in the bottom of the can but we made it work. So don’t forget extra things like this and toilet paper/paper towels. It was nice that they provided beach towels and chairs. Bob was a pleasure to rent from and they even accommodated an early check in. We would definitely rent from here again.

Location..Location..Location

This condo is in the quiet end of Myrtle Beach near a grocery store, with restaurants/ bars close by- a very convenient location. The condo is comfortable with all that you need for your stay provided. Check in was easy, communication with the owners was very timely. It was, however, “maintenance season” for this complex. The balcony was not accessible due to the work being done, dust everywhere, adirondack chairs in the living room and plastic on the floor that we had to move, so we had to clean when we arrived. All the balcony furniture was located inside for the duration of our month long stay which, I believe, should have been stored elsewhere prior to our arrival. In fairness, I don’t think the owners were aware of the extent of the work being done and the time it would take to finish it but I also think they should have been, prior to renting it! With all that said, this condo rental is one I would recommend because, without the maintenance issues, the location is perfect!
