Great Stay

This place was gorgeous! Completely renovated and decorated beautiful. It was spacious and every room had a balcony and bathroom. The only downfall was the beach access having so many stairs.

The condo is great. It has everything you would need for your stay. However, the floors were really dirty. Anyone walking bare feet would quickly have black feet. Besides that, no issues.

Disappointing

My issues are truly with the property managing company, not the condo owner. We had a list of issues, and promises without follow through. 1) the dishwasher did not work, this was very inconvenient since we were there for a holiday and planned for a lot of cooking. Realizing the cleaners put all the dirty dishes in the cupboards even through they could very obviously see a mound of undissolved detergent in the dishwasher. So we had to hand wash everything to even start the trip. This was followed by 4 days of hand washing dishes, and multiple people in and out of our condo which did not make us comfortable. 2) we requested 4 keys to the condo, we got 3 and 1 did not work. This led to us having to change plans for our first two days to ensure someone with a key was with each group as we had more than one family in our condo. 3) we booked the condo with 6 guests, we had 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths, and 3 hand towels and when we asked for more it took 2 days as well to get extra towels. Doing laundry in between hand washing dishes. Great vacation! 4) for the entire trip our keys would not open any entries into Margate which meant we had to walk around the bldg when we wanted to come back from pools or beach. This meant we got to fight through construction and maintenance vehicles on the side of bldg. 5) not that it is adequate for all of the inconveniences and being ignored at all, but we were promised a refund of the cleaning fee and company fee. Of course we received neither

Beautiful stay

We had a another great stay at Margate Tower. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable for our family of 6. The view from the spacious balcony was very pleasant and offered great additional outside seating for the family to enjoy the scenery and ocean sounds. We will always choose to stay here every year.

Beach glam

We have stayed at the Kingston Plantation in various properties for the last 18 years. This was one of the nicest! Beautifully decorated- beach glam style. Very clean with a nice view of the ocean from the deck. Kitchen was well stocked. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again- highly recommend!

A Great Stay

Beautiful Condo

Our little family of 5 had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo! We spent a week for spring break there and though the weather was a tad chilly we had so much fun! The condo was perfect for our 3 kids, plenty of space so no one felt like they were on top of each other. The kitchen could have used some basic supplies ie. pot holders, salt and pepper, aluminum foil. Things you don’t need a lot of but still need so you end up having to buy them. We also had an issue with the door lock and Courtney was very helpful and had the lock fixed within a few hours. We really liked having a heated pool and hot tub, especially with high 50’s temps. We look forward to renting 908 Margate again.
