Weekend Getaway!

This is a great condo for a getaway. Right on the beach! It was convenient to other attractions as well! The only thing missing was coffee but a trip to the store took care of that!

Broken dishware/ cockroaches/ disabled pool and hot tubs/ no view of beach/front desk clueless on issues/ Wi-Fi was overall terrible/ lost internet frequently/ super cheap televisions with terrible audio and poor picture quality/ one televsion had dead remote batteries/ no television channel guide/ neighbors on both sides pounding on walls/ coin operated dryer took money without working/ exterior plumbing was turned off for foot washing/ only 5 carts to transport luggage which were missing-had to load car by hand/ hallway garbage cans overflowing/ outside seating scattered and dirty/ staff seemed angry and not engaged with their work

On the beach!

Nice condo unit right on the beach. The resort has a couple of pools and 3 hot tubs and a kids water area and lazy river. Really enjoyed the beach location. The balcony has a gap and then a patio area overlooking the ocean so it’s nice to walk out on the patio area to get a better viewing of the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

This room was great and very clean. It was in a good location, steps from the indoor pool. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is the pools and hot tubs were not cleaned well, if at all while we were there. My mom and I had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Very nice unit for a single person, like me, to stay in. The entrance is into a bedroom with two beds. The next area is a kitchen, which is opposite a bathroom. The back area is a living room with a couch, a table, and a chair. There is a pull-down bed in that area as well. I can't remember if the couch is a pull-out bed, but if so, then 6 to 8 people could stay in this unit, but would have to share one bathroom. The unit is on the 7th floor. The view in the back (with balcony and chairs) is of the ocean, but not the beach/sand. There is an area on the 7th floor that is very accessible, and where one can view the beach/sand. There is a pool with two jacuzzis on the 7th floor, just across from this unit (very convenient). The beach is very accessible from the 1st floor. Parking is in parking decks, with one being attached to the main building and a second one across the street. If one has a larger vehicle, this could present a problem, as there is some tight negotiation in areas of the parking decks. The unit was very clean and accommodating. I would consider renting this unit again.

Great Stay!

Brian’s place was great! It was very clean and super spacious for just two of us. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do and is right on the beach. The only thing that wasn’t great was that the hot tub was closed, but that was no fault of the owners. Would definitely recommend Brian’s unit to anyone!

Beachfront lovely stay

Less than two minute walk to the beach, you can see it from the community patio, but you can see the ocean from the balcony(patio blocks view of beach itselt but its still right there) It was clean, and very convenient location as we were able to walk to alot of places Elevators are slow but other than that its perfect

Pictures don’t do the justice of this unit with 3 full beds,a nice couch, 2 tvs all utensils if you like to cook ,Brian also provides plates , glasses and coffee mugs together w a coffee machine (bring filter) toaster and a mixer,towels , sheets and pillows What else do you need for a week off? Thanks Brian,looking forward for our next vacation.

2nd times a charm‼️

We had the absolute best time … & the property was where we stayed the entire time & had everything we needed …. The hot tub was down a couple days but the pool was open . Over all 9-10

Enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, yes there were some issues with the elevators taking a while to arrive but i didn’t mind. The hallways did smell a little but we didn’t make a big deal about it because we were there to enjoy our vacation. We are certainly staying there in the future. My kids loved the pool.
