Property was under construction. We found several roaches in our room. Was told my room i originally booked was sold out when i arrived the only offered me an upgrade to a room with a better view. Heated pool was nice tho.

One elevator in the entire complex working on a holiday weekend was atrocious. Upcharged not knowing that none of the amenities were available ie the indoor pool. Will not stay here again!

Our stay was so bad that we left early and moved to another property. First, it was a construction zone, and many amenities were not accessible, but we were never alerted to this. The room was damp the entire time… the carpet, sheets, towels… everything. The morning we left, the inside window/door to the balcony was covered in condensation! Housekeeping only removed one garbage liner, which must have been ripped as there was a trail of garbage inside our room and in the outside hallway (which stayed there and was not picked up). The few towels that were replaced were thrown on the floor outside our room and not picked up until the next afternoon. The bathroom and sink were not cleaned and beds were not made. I will never go back to this property.

Not worth it (Found Red Stains)
1. The rooms themselves are outdated. The bathroom tub wasn't cleaned since there was a big coffee stain near the drain. The painting was coming off in the bathroom. 2. There was construction going on meaning that the indoor and outdoor pools were not available since they're gone. No one let us know beforehand that there were going to be construction going on when we placed our booking. Meaning that we paid for the pool in hotel fees when there was no pool. 3. Apparently whoever owns this hotel never heard of carpet cleaning. In my room there were a couple of red stains, which I hope isn't blood stains and more of fruit punch stains, but still. 4. Whenever I turn the bathroom light on, it turns on the vent thing, and when that turned on it was pretty loud compared to the other rooms that my family stayed in. 5. There's literally no more than 55 channels this place has. And they don't even provide you with a list of channels they do have, meaning that you have to keep change in the channel in order to figure out what they have. 6. Lack of security when it comes to the hotel room doors. It does have a regular lock which it does help, but whatever the top part is supposed to be it's not going to really stop anyone from knocking it out of the wall by slamming the door with all of their body weight. 7. Also in the bathroom, there's no bathroom wall shelves to put my body wash containers and shampoo and conditioners.

The day that we had arrived, they cut the water off because they had a leak that they did not tell us that we had to run the water when it came back on. My wife drank some of it, and had bowel movements that evening. The whole hotel was under renovation. All the amenities were closed. RV was post to be in an ocean view. Instead, it was the view of a Trackhoe. The shower floor was dirty doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in a long time. The next day they had to turn the water off again no showers no bath until that evening. Very very disappointing that you guys did not let us know. The hotel was under renovations to that the Extent

I loves the my ocean view from my room and that the hotel was not located in the busy parts of Myrtle Beach! Did not like being so close to the airport. It noisy and planes flew too close to the hotel, very frightening! Hotel was isolated from many things in town and had catch Ubers which was great! The rooms need renovations badly, I believe this is in the works. Photos are misleading. Didn’t like my room door on the outside, reminded me of a motel.

We booked this property because of the Hilton name. We saw so many mixed reviews that we were sure that it couldn’t be bad. We were wrong. It is priced as a Hilton Hotel but very over priced for the condition it is now in. It is definitely not a hotel I will return to. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful to bad they are at this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms had dirty flooring, all counter tops were dirty. We cleaned the bathroom and all surfaces before using. The floors were hopeless. Elevator was also dirty. Don’t stay at this hotel. Expedia should stop offering this hotel to maintain trust for their site.
