WHEN READING THE LISTING, RULES, ETC. THE LINE 'DO NOT SOIL OUR LINENS OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED' KEPT POPPING IN MY MIND AS I WAS WALKING THROUGH THE CONDO UPON CHECK IN. I COULDN'T PHATHOM WHY THE LINENS WERE SO IMPORTANT. WHEN.....THE COFFEE POT STILL HAD OLD NASTY COFFEE STAINS IN THE BOTTOM UP IT, THE COFFEE MAKER ITSELF HADN'T BEEN WIPED OFF IN MONTHS, THERE WAS GREASE ON THE STOVE HANDLE, CRUMBS AND FOOD STILL IN THE DRIP PAN UNDER THE BURNER, DRIED KETCHUP OR SOME OTHER CONDIMENT SPLATTERED ON THE WALL BEHIND THE SINK AND ON ADJACENT WALL AND LIGHT FIXTURE, THE EDGES OF THE FRIDGE DOORS WERE RUSTED (MAKING IT LOOK EXTREMELY DIRTY). THE KICK PLATE UNDER THE CABINETS HADN'T BEEN SCRUBBED IN WHAT APPEARS TO BE YEARS, THE BEDROOM TV HAD BEEN LEFT UNPLUGGED, SO THEREFORE, IT APPEARED THE TV WAS BROKEN. IN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT, IT CLEARLY STATES, THE TV MUST BE RETURNED TO IT'S ORIGINAL STATE FOR THE NEXT GUESTS TO USE, IF NOT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $75. THE TRASH CHUTE WASN'T CLEARLY MARKED ANYWHERE FOR THE GUESTS TO KNOW WHERE IT WAS LOCATED, NO INSTRUCTIONS IN THE ROOM TO LET YOU KNOW WHERE THE IMPORTANT ITEMS WERE LOCATED (IE: ICE MACHINE, LAUNDRY, TRASH, ETC.) AFTER GETTING OVER THE INITIAL SHOCK OF LACK OF CLEANLINESS, THE STAY WAS GREAT. THE LOCATION IS OKAY, IF YOU WANT PEACE AND RELAXATION - ONLY A COUPLE OF DINING ESTABLISHMENTS WERE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DRAFTS (LESS THAN A 2 MIN WALK) SERVICE WAS SLOW, AND MENU WAS PRICEY.
