The mattresses in the non-master bedrooms need to be replaced. You roll to the middle. In addition the floor really needs to be cleaned. The kids feet were constantly dirty and had to be washed. Otherwise, the amenities as far as the pool features go at compass Cove were wonderful. The kids really enjoyed themselves.

Great place to stay! The rooms were very clean and spacious. You had all your basics that you need in the kitchen. Family oriented place and was a ver nice stay! Would highly recommend.

Nice Experience

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was so wonderful to wake up and be able to watch the sunrise from our balcony. The full kitchen gave us the option to cook inside or go out. The frying pans weren’t the highest quality for cooking eggs, and one of the closet doors was off the tracks. Nothing that impeded our experience. The kids really liked the indoor and outdoor water features. It was a bummer to not be able to go on the waterslides if you weren’t a traditional hotel guest, but we worked around it. This stay is a little further down than some of the other resorts, so driving to the attractions took longer but the beach felt more private too. We would stay here again.

Amazing two months at Compass Cove

Compass Cove was undergoing a major renovation during our two month stay. We were not impacted by the work being completed although disappointed that the fitness center was closed the entire time. The unit was spotless,

Amazing Spot

The property was exactly as described! The unit was great! Plenty of room, clean, great views, and comfortable! The complex is out of this world with amenities! The pools (indoor and out) are heated for our winter family getaway! The location is great close to restaurants, mini golf, and shopping!

The overall room was nice. However upon arrival the toilet was leaking the floors needed cleaned and then the AC broke as well. Not ideal conditions. However the renters stayed on top of having the issues taken care and were nice about it, but to be on vacation was still more aggravation than what we were interested in.

Home away from home

This unit was clean and had all the things we needed for our family visit. The views are amazing! So many water activities to choose from. Having starbucks on site was great! Will definitely use this host again!

Condo on the Beach

This condo was super clean! Beds were comfortable and everything worked well. We did have an issue with the garbage disposal, however the owner was quick with making the repair. We stayed for one month and never saw a single insect. In fact, twice we had an exterminator come in to perform a light spraying on the condo. The location of the condo was perfect for us as the elevators were located across from our door and there is an ice machine close by as well. The hotel did a great job maintaining the properties for cleanliness and the pools were sparkling! We plan to return!!!

Good location and easy access

Space was sufficient for four adults and three teenagers. Although the condo was clean, there was a cockroach problem. Many roaches were seen in the kitchen and living room. Reached out to the property manager and she responded quickly. Pest control was out the following morning and set traps. Being able to go right up to the condo without having to check in was an advantage, check in line was over an hour long, so it was nice to be able to skip this. Although it did make me question the security of the condo. We were given a four digit code to access the condo. I’m not sure how many people have this code, the pest control people at least did because they accessed the condo without us even being there. I understood the promptness of needing to start treatment as soon as possible, however, it still left me feeling wary. There was mixed class of people throughout the resort. Although we never had any negative interactions with anybody, there were some just plain old nasty people there. For instance leaving dirty diapers and dirty tampons in the stairwells and garbage on the beach. The elevators were malfunctioning on at least one day. Being on the ninth floor this was a slight inconvenience. The balcony was nice, you really need to enjoy the smell of marijuana because there was a lot of that going on. There were many pools throughout the resort that were in great condition. All the on-site restaurants were great. In the future, we would try a different resort.

Very good place to stay

From check in being so easy, to the condo being clean and ready it made the whole stay a good one - we had a very small issue but let me just say the owner was very quick to fix it and was very pleasant to help. The little extras make a different like Beach toys and even baby items ! I would recommend this VRBO to anyone !

Week in Myrtle Beach

Condo is in a decent location; although being on the 9th floor; sometimes you had to wait for the elevator; minor noise issues from neighboring condos (but that could happen anywhere); easy access to the beach; we did not use any of the pools; parking in the garage is nice but can be :tight: when full. Condo layout is good; the balcony is very nice.

Beach Oasis

We loved our stay here! The condo is great and the view is amazing from the master bedroom, as well as the living room. The location is very convenient to the elevators, parking garage and beach access. This is a great spot for bigger families that are traveling together and it was a huge bonus to not to have to check in at the front desk. We were able to go right into the condo at check in time and not endure the huge line that we saw when we pulled in!
