What a great location!

We stayed a month and pretty much felt like home. A lot of things and the beach all within walking distance. Also, plenty of places are a short drive. Like the fenced yard for our dog. Plenty of deck space. We'll be back. Property manager always available and friendly.

Great Location

The home is located adjacent to everything. You cant get closer than this. However, i am unsure of the home holding 12 people. We had minor problems that the owners were willing to fix. I will say the stairs are a huge feat for seniors, or persons with bad knees and or hips.. We enjoyed the fenced in yard and so did our fur babies.

Great location

The property was a very comfortable home with a great location to the beach and boardwalk. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the boardwalk and all the nearby restaurants. The home was spacious as it had 7 beds and 2 baths. I brought our dog and the fenced in yard was a wonderful addition to the property and enough space for him to stretch his legs and play in the back yard. It had everything we needed. The hosts were also great. They communicated their instructions and provided an easy check in and out. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Place

Overall, I think this was a nice location. Close to the beach. It was an easy walk to the beach area. Clean inside. The property owner is very nice. They do have general rules but as discussed with the owner maybe shortening the list or adding to the website to make everyone aware to eliminate the multiple messages that came through. Please be mindful VRBO charges you for a pet fee so make sure you make the owner aware or else you will be asked to pay another fee.

Best stay ever

We normally stay in a high rise oceanfront. I was very surprised to find that it was so much more comfortable than a hotel room. We did miss the pool at a hotel but the comforts of staying in a house was much nicer. The kids could play outside during downtime which was better than trying to keep them cooped up in a hotel room. It was a short 2 minute walk to everything. No elevators that was the plus for me lol. House was very clean and cozy. Owner was attentive to everything. Thank for a great vacation!!!

Myrtle beach trip

We loved our stay! Location was very close to the beach and boardwalk and we were able to walk almost everywhere! We loved sitting out on the porch and back deck during downtime. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard. David checked in with us frequently and ensured everyone was doing well. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Vacation to recenter

I chose this property because of the yard! But was only more pleased at each corner! It was beautiful, clean, relaxing, and safe feeling! I walked every where it was so close to everything. Everyone in the area was super nice! Only reason I didn’t want to leave a wonderful review because selfishly I want to have it again next year! Like a good fishing hole! Perfect for singles, couples, families! Thankful for every minute and part of my visit! They even have horseshoes! :)

Location, location, location! The location of the property is perfect for anything you might want to do while visiting Myrtle Beach! Close to all of the things. Plenty of space for friends and family to enjoy each others company. So happy we found this property for our Spring Break stay!

Great property

We had a wonderful time staying here. The owner of the property checked in with us and made sure we were settling in alright. Everytime I had a question, they got back to me quickly. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the listing says that it sleeps 12. The house will definitely sleep 12, but that many people would not be able to stay comfortably in the house. There were only 2 chairs for the dining room table and only 4 people could sit in the living room. This wasn't a concern for us since we didn't have that many people. I would definitely stay there again.

Thanksgiving

Check in for this property was effortless. The home owner reached out to maintain contact checking in and making sure everything ran smooth. I am thankful to have the opportunity to spend Thanksgiving with my family and have my fur baby with me.
