    Ocean views from the balcony: This 2-bedroom unit on the 2nd floor of Beach Colony Resort offers views of the ocean from a distance and a private balcony.

    - 1 king bed, 2 full beds, and a sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Sheets are provided

    - Large Kitchen and kitchen table.

    - Features new carpeting and granite countertops.

    - Professional cleaning

    - Guests have access to indoor and outdoor HEATED pools, a lazy river, and hot tubs

    This suite includes a king bed in a private bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 2 full beds in the second bedroom. It is conveniently located a short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium, providing easy access to popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping.

    * All guests must display an official Beach Colony parking pass to enter the garage.

    * Parking passes must include the condo number and reservation dates.

    * Reservation confirmations or screenshots will NOT be accepted in place of parking passes.

    * The indoor pool area is currently under renovation and is expected to reopen around September 2026.

    * Renovations include repairs, upgrades, new flooring, ceiling work, and drainage improvements.

    * Outdoor amenities remain available during this time.

    * Beach Colony is continuing major property improvements throughout 2026, including indoor pool renovations and upcoming parking deck repairs.

    * Work is being completed in phases to minimize guest disruption.

    * Guests are encouraged to report suspicious activity or disturbances to the front desk immediately.

    * Quiet hours and resort rules are enforced for everyone’s comfort and safety.

Additionally, it is within walking distance of the NEW Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and only one block from both Family Kingdom Amusement Park and the 2nd Avenue Fishing Pier. Furthermore, it is a short drive from various other popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, shopping destinations, and Market Common.

    Experience hassle-free access to the airport with convenient transportation options, including taxis, Uber, and rental cars.

    This condo is privately owned and is a non-smoking property, different from a hotel room. We kindly ask that you treat it with the same care and respect as you would your own home. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please be aware that there is no on-site staff available 24/7.



    Your stay includes bed linens, towels, washcloths, starter trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



    Beach umbrellas and chairs can be rented from the lifeguards.



    Please remember that daily maid service is not included as this is not affiliated with a hotel. If you require daily or bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

The host was quick to reply and kept in contact throughout our stay.One thing that I did not like was that I could not use Discover Card for my booking. This made technology harder to handle.

The room was clean overall, but the pool and hot tub were closed for remodeling which was aggravating as we stated we were staying here for the amenities. In the master bath the hair dryer did not work, and the sink only has hot water. The sink in the kitchen was also leaking at the handset, but I was able to tighten and fix it. The lack of a kuerig coffe pot is something I would think could be upgraded fairly cheaply and would make a nice addition. The sofa cushions also had several stains on them. Overall, the room served its purpose and was clean, but to get a 5-star rating the owners need to make a few upgrades and repairs. The kids did enjoy the onsite arcade and food pantry!! We would try it again if all amenities were fully functioning.
