El hotel muy acogedor pero nuestra habitacion nos la entregaron a las 7pm y a unos amigos a las 9pm cuando deberian de haber estado listas a las 4pm. No eramos los uncos con este problema habian varias familias esperando su habitacion deberian de contar con mas personal para tener listas las habitaciones a la hora indicada.Fue el unico inconveniente en esta estadia.

Horrible Hotel
Definitivamente no volvería a hospedarme en Compass Cove, el check in es a las 4:00pm y me entregaron el cuarto a las 9:45 pm ,en el Indigo Building , ellos sólo decian que no estaba listo. Ese edificio esta totalmente inhabitable, hay mucho oxido, en las escaleras, la alfombra de los pasillos totalmente sucias, el colchon viejo, las cortinas rotas y ni que decir de la cocina .el ascensor se malogro ,todo un dias, la cafetera no funcionaba, la refrigeradora no enfriaba.....etc Me siento estafada, porque no fue el cuarto que vi en fotos y el personal de fronk desk super déspotas, nada amables y muy racistas, fuimos como 15 familias que estuvimos en el mismo problema y tengo fotos y videos donde puedo comprobar que digo la verdad. En ese buildin la habitación cuesta $ 250. Por dia y ustedes me cobraron casi el doble por un cuarto asqueroso.yo fui con un grupo de amigos la mismas fechas, el mismo número de personas pagamos lo mismo y a ellos si les dieron un cuarto totalmente diferente en otro building.

Estuve desde el viernes por la mañana, el cuarto estaba súper limpio. Al otro día llame a la oficina para que fueran a limpiar un poco el cuarto y que me llevaran toallas limpias, a lo cual me pidieron que tendría que estar fuera del cuarto. Salimos más de dos horas y cuando regresamos ni toallas ni limpieza. Y housekeeping estuvo en el pasillo con anterioridad y jamás limpiaron el cuarto

First room was infested with cockroaches. Called front desk and was moved. Second room was clean and bug free and had a separate living room. Pest control was on site the next day. My stay was quite nice after moving to the second room.

The mattress was fifty. The sheet had a stain on it and the sheers revealed the mattress. The floors were not that clean. Ms. Jackie night supervisor was very accommodating and got us a new mattress. The chair had a terrible stain on it. I have stayed here before but in the Pinnacle Building. I wouldn't recommend the Schooner building at all. The staff was nice. Breakfast was delicious! A lot of staff don't speak English, which could be a problem.

Ryan was one of my cleaning ladies, and she was wonderful - thoughtful, conscientious and proactive. However, my check-in experience was not good at all. I arrived at noon and at 4:00pm, after not hearing from anyone, I went to the front desk. Clerk was not pleasant, and my room faced a parking lot. Last day (around 9:30am) with “do not disturb” sign in door, cleaning lady walked in without knocking. Great place for family fun, but given the cost, room smelt musty and moldy.

Balcony carpet was not clean , it should have been vacuumed. A broom and dustpan would have been very very handy to have in Condo. Filters for coffee machine, we had to buy 200 ,and only used 10. A few hooks in Bathroom to hang clothes. A free one breakfast buffet coupon for weekly rentals.

Nothing unique. 2nd floor room located right on top of latch gate slamming, shuffleboard players smoking and swearing all day and night, balcony opened up onto swim deck so NO privacy, lights blaring in, no cutlery AT ALL. Called front desk but no help. Will, the maintenace man was professional and helpful.Thanks Will!! All in all would not recommend.
