We needed a break from the worst winter in 30 years, and we found it!!! I could NOT find anything negative to say! Unforeseen circumstances popped up on way to Myrtle Beach, Vicki checked on us and made sure check in during the wee hours of the night went smoothly. The place was amazing! The view spectacular! The sound of the crashing waves gave me the best sleep in years!

Vicki was very welcoming, proactive in sending me a lot of information to review to assist with planning. The condo was warm and well equipped. I’ve never stayed anywhere which had an abundance of towels and washcloths. The hand soap was BathandBody and showers supplied with Dove. I would rent there again!

Vicki was awesome to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the dolphins swimming along the shore. Sunrise walks on the beach, the weather totally cooperated for us. The condo is beautifully updated and provided space for all of us to visit and enjoy some quiet time.

As soon as you walked in you could tell it was cleaned well and properly! The kitchen had all the utensils and everything you could need for a long stay. They also supplied garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper etc. The balcony had the perfect views and was steps away from the beach. Check-in was super simple as they provided everything you needed for it. The condo was spacious and comfortable and very homey. The bathrooms were supplied with bar soaps and both bathrooms had hand soaps and febreeze provided..They also provided. Beach chairs, sand toys, and an umbrella for the perfect beach day. Vicki was very accommodating and attentive and it was a pleasure booking with her! My family and our friends and kiddos had an amazing time! We will definitely be booking with her again in the future!

My family and I have nothing but good things to say about our stay at Vicki and Gerry’s condo! The unit was very beautiful, modern and clean and the view of the ocean/shoreline from the balcony was fantastic- we could view a large stretch of the beach north of the balcony!We appreciated having so many items included as part of the rental, such as linens, bath towels, hand soaps, cleaners, paper towels, etc. since it saved a lot of space when packing.We ate at the condo quite a bit and the kitchen was well stocked- we had everything we needed to prepare all of our meals and there were plenty of dishes/glasses/utensils. Vicki was very communicative, responded to questions quickly and shared a lot of information regarding the Myrtle Beach area before we began our stay.The resort itself was terrific as well! The outdoor pool/hot tub/lazy river areas have amazing views of the ocean and were well maintained. The walk to the beach was easy- there is access from the pool area. We ate at the on site restaurant once and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. We never had an issue finding free lounge chairs in the pool area.Thanks to Vicki and Gerry for renting to us - it was a truly enjoyable vacation! We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent property and host

The property was just as shown, it was beautiful and very well maintained. Phenomenal views with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The location is excellent, near to so many shops, restaurants and attractions. Vicki is a wonderful host. She was so helpful and always responded quickly. No hesitation in recommending this property.

We had the most amazing vacation here… the owners are super nice and always available for questions…the condo is so relaxing and the view of the beach is awesome… In the 30 some years we’ve been coming to Myrtle this is by far the best condo we have found. Nice sandy beach…and the pools were refreshing…we are definitely staying here again…

Our family had the best time. Upon arrival it was an easy check in and we knew exactly what to expect based on the listing and the strong communication with Vicki. She was so helpful and always happy to help answer questions. It was very clean and accommodating for our family. We enjoyed meals on the deck over looking the beach/ocean.

Beautiful Condo - High Recommendations

This condo was everything that it said it was! The Owners did more to provide outstanding condo conveniences vs any of the other condos I have stayed in at Myrtle. Their communications were fantastic. The kitchen was fully furnished with above average items (knives that work, cutting boards, GOOD pots and pans, plenty of dishes, and cookware). The Beds were all comfortable. Extra items were provided - like lush towels, bar soaps and hand soaps. The condo feels like "home". I would highly recommend.

Wonderful Thanksgiving

The property was exactly as described. We had plenty of room for the 5 adults, enjoyed the hot tub and beach even though the weather was cold. Vicki is great communicator. We had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen had all kinds of equipment!
