My son’s room had bedbugs (I have pictures). Blood on the curtains. Completely disgusting!!! He changed rooms, they changed him to a room that the bedbugs weren’t as big but at least there wasn’t blood stains.

Just as all the other reviews are. It’s an OK place as far as last minute. Some paint and new carpeting would really do this place Justice. Didn’t see the staff at all.

If I had viewed my room before rewerving it, I would not have stayed here. Maybe it was because I asked for a floor level since there is no elevator, but room was not really clean and trash can right outside the door. However, staff was friendly.

Rudeness and Roaches!

My friend and I planned a weekend getaway in May and we chose this hotel because of the reviews. At first glance of the property I was not impressed, but with the price we paid, it would do since we wouldn’t be doing anything but sleeping there. She and I went and got a bite to eat and came back to a roach in the floor. We immediately went to the front desk and asked for a refund. The front desk receptionist was on the phone when we got there, stayed on the phone during the whole process (her personal cell phone) proceeded to tell us that was not a roach that it was a water bug. Not once did she get off of the phone to talk to us nor to explain the refund process. The establishment showed and advertised a lazy river and that was overtaken by remodeling trash. There was inadequate parking for guests and our overall experience with this establishment was not one that I was expecting. The owners need to hire more efficient staff and staff that will interact with the guests and not their cell phone !

The property is outdated but very inexpensive. Really like how close to the beach the hotel is.

Liked the pool and bar. Building is a little run down. Sliding glass door was hard to open and close and could not be locked. Had a Roku tv but could not find local channels, only weather.

Staff was nice/polite however the building and rooms are in dire need of updating, carpet/flooring pretty nasty. The place needs a serious remodel.

Mold everywhere. Even on the pillows! The sheets had stains and we dont think they were changed. My girlfriend slept w/her clothes on. The carpet was wet & the appliances were all rusted out. Looked like it suffered one too many spring breakers. As we were che king out & waiting for an Uber, another guest checked out and complained about mold on the mattress how groosed out they were. It was really pretty disgusting.

Run down

Very run down. Could be great with some tlc. The sofa bed was gross and they didn’t have any sheets for it. Pool area and bar was fine. Nice corn hole. Our room was just in poor shape

Very clean and great ocean and beach view. The lady at checkin was very nice and very helpful when we had questions or needed something. Property looks run down some on the outside yet very clean and nice in the room. It is just fine!

Itbhad bed bugs I got bit all over my arms, feet and stomach. It need to be torn down and rebuilt. The walls is messed up like it been leaking . The curtains to the patio is old and dirty. The patio chairs old and dirty. Need to take the pictures down off the website fooling people. It looks nothing like that on the inside. Disappointed
