This Condo comes with washer and dryer to refresh your wardrobe after a day at the beach.
    PLEASE NOTE:
    Minimum age to rent is 21.
    No pets, smoking, or parties allowed.
    Parking garage has restrictions on RVs, motorcycles, and trailers.
    A $20 per vehicle community fee for a parking/pool pass is required, not included in the rental price. Passes are a must to be obtained from the main office upon arrival.
