Bachelorette party

Attempted to call prior to leaving to ask about check in and had to wait for a email. Does not have a direct number. The neighborhood is rough. The images online do not show the run down abandoned buildings surrounding the property. The floors were filthy when we arrived. Seen two cockroaches. TV’s would not turn on. The seal on the door must have been broken. The wind was loud and noisy. Lazy river the pool is green.

Short family trip to the beach

We enjoyed our stay and loved how the beach was only a block away. There are some homeless people that like to hang out to the right of the building but the police seemed to stay on top of them and asked them to leave. There is no laundry/dryer the unit so you will need to walk across the street for that. It also would have been nice to have a cookie sheet to cook in the oven (and then oven mits). Other than that, we don't have much to complain about. We will be returning next year.

OCEANS ESCAPE MYRTLE BEACH

The condo was nice enough for our stay and it appeared closer to new/recently renovated compared to the hotels and shops surrounding it. It was clean and the amenities were adequate especially with having access to the water facilities at Landmark Resort. It's not on the beach but you can see it over the current properties on the other side of the street. There is public access to the beach just across the street. It's not in the high-end/best kept area of the beach but never did we feel threatened. We would stay again. As for inside the condo, the walls and ceiling are thin. If you're not on the top floor you will hear much foot traffic above you as well as much next door but it was very clean and comfortable. There was some water damage on the ceiling and there was no place to hang swim clothes. If WIFI is important to you, good luck. We were unable to connect to it, with the provided password, for our entire stay. The front desk (at Landmark Resort) was no help with that.

Beside the Elevator was down and the room was extremely noisy from the folks upstairs. Could definitely use a sectional. Not enough seating for a family.

Family vacay getaway

The condo was beautiful! Super clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was a bit noisy but it’s located around many stores and restaurants so we expected to be and we didn’t mind it at all. The view….. was beautiful especially at night!! Super close to the beach! Sadly, we didn’t get to go to the water park because the nights we stayed ended up being rainy and gloomy plus it was very cold out but we still made it to the arcade and bowling alley which was fun. The inside pools and hot tubs were great! These places were only a couple blocks away you could easily walk to them on a great sunny day.

My worse experience in vrbo

If I have to give a rate it would be 3 star. Everything was good at first. My nights where horrible cause we heard hard steps all night long. I text the manager on vrbo and they said I have to go to front desk, I went and they keep me holding for 40 minutes and they didn’t fix anything. The other issue was the day before, the guy of the bar and security told us if we are part of vrbo we can use the green band that they gave us at the front desk when we checked in and that we need to take them out, literally they waited until the band was out and then told us we couldn’t use the bar, the restaurant and that we need room key to come inside the hotel. Literally it was not a good moment but other that those ocasiones which make us uncomfortable everything was okay

Bugs in the shower and roaches in the bedroom and kitchen. They did send someone to spray down the place, however, for the price we paid to stay there, it was unacceptable

Wonderful!!

I absolutely loved the property. The front desk at the landmark resort were extremely nice and helped us with questions. Having a lot of different hotels we could go to was wonderful. The room was exactly as described. The pictures did not lie at all. The place was clean when we got there. I will definitely be renting this property again.

Great place to stay

We had great view of the beach...super close to the airport and no more than 10 mins from all of the attractions. Wish all of the listed amenities was available but overall a great, clean place to stay

Minutes away from the boardwalk

Great location. Minutes away from the boardwalk across the street from the beach. Lots of food options. Only downfall is the staff that work the front desk are not friendly some act as though your brothering them when you ask for new towels and sheets, also there is no room cleaning until check out due to covid our floor was very dirty we called for house keeping to mop 15 minutes after we checked in on our first day no one ever came so we bought house shoes to walk around in because our feet kept getting so black from walking on the floor with no shoes. And I was a little thrown off at the fact that there is no washer or dryer in the unit.
