Myrtle beach

It was amazing. It was our first time there and the condo we booked was so clean and suitable for our family of five. It was located literally in the middle of everything the beach, the wax museum, wonder works and food. Definitely would recommend booking this place for vacation.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this location! It was very comfy! Clean and safe location for a family. We had an issue with the refrigerator and had no problem contacting maintenance to come and look at it. Good communication with the host.

The overall property is nice, comfortable, clean and just enough space for a family to enjoy a vacation. The laundry area added a bonus to the condo. Something to be mindful of is one of our linen packages and had mildew stained on it. The refrigerator does not work. In order to keep my grocery cool, I used the top area whicMy ice meltedd ,tuna smelled

VERY DISSAPOINTED!

When we arrived to the unit, Thursday night , we found the master bath toilet stopped up, we contacted the after hours number for emergencies and was told that since we had a 2nd bathroom maintenance would not be out until next day. ( needless to say we were happy with that) After initial contact with management about the toilet while unpacking we found a used kotex mini pad in the 2nd bedroom sticking out from under the bed. The refrigerator had sticky stuff on shelves inside, kitchen floor was dirty. When we opened the packaged bedding for the 2nd bedroom one of the fitted sheets had a huge hole in the middle., there was however another set of packaged bedding in the closet. All of this was not what we were expecting after a tiring 18 hour drive from Oklahoma. We went to the store and got cleaning products to clean before we could even settle in. Then when the upstairs neighbors moved in next day it sounded as if they were coming through the ceiling, kids running across floor and dog barking. We were visiting Myrtle Beach for Softball Nationals so thankfully we were not at the unit often as we spent most of time at the ball fields and beach. Management/owner should have checked this unit to verify it was clean and ready for check in. The exterior of the property is nice and convenient location to where we needed, but for future trips and stays to Myrtle Beach we will look elsewhere for accommodations.

Perfect go to spot!

We enjoyed the quietness of the community. The property is well managed, the property managers are very prompt with replies when emailed. Security does patrols as well on the property. Signs are posted not to use motorcycles on property. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need for cooking. I found that to be great, as we are not a family that eats out much. We just got our own seasonings and ingredients. Plenty of space we have a family of 6 and all fit comfortably in this home. We loved the walk in closets. The beds were firm. The porch was great too! The kids were never bored either! They enjoyed the pool, as well as being in close proximity to coffee shops, the beach, walmart and other stores, and so many tourists attractions. We definitely would not give it a second thought about staying here in the future.

Great place

This place was awesome. It was in a good location. Everything was just down the street. The only problem we had were the neighbors above us were super loud and the property managers wouldn't do anything about it.

The condo is nice, but there were some issues...

The condo itself is very nice and clean, but I've never stayed in a place where you have to put the sheets on the beds yourself. The area is also nice and the view of the golf course is beautiful, but the neighbors are LOUD. Overhead stomping and bumping could be heard all during the night until around 2:00 am every single night. The people beneath us were drinking and played their music so loud that it vibrated the building until midnight. Other complaints: 1. They do not supply you with anything - I've never stayed in a place that doesn't offer a starter package. 2. You have to carry your trash a good ways to the dumpsters or you'll get charged. 3. You have to pick up your key & check-in information from a separate place about 5 minutes away from the condo. 4. I'm repeating myself here, but having to put sheets on all 3 beds & pillowcases on the pillows when we arrived was ridiculous. 5. It was very difficult to call the property management and get anyone to answer the phone. Once again, the condo was nice and the area was beautiful. There's also a really nice pool that you can use. The loud neighbors, though, was a deal breaker for us.

Perfect

The location was perfect and located close to Broadway at the Beach. The only thing that wasn't like the pictures was the porch is no longer screened in, but other than that we would stay again!!! It felt like home away from home!!!
