McCormick Family vacation 2025 N. Myrtle Beach Vs Myrtle Beach

OMG A time we had thanks to Seashore vacation rentals and the hubby. Lovely home and neighborhood, not far from beach, shopping,etc. However I will tell you if you are not familiar with the area. The liquor stores close @7 & no sales on Sunday. Ask about golf cart rules and regulations for the area if you are visiting and unfamiliar with rules (1100 later). The wildlife population is very noisy and active at night. But a wonderful place to stay plenty of room and beds for everyone

Great location and excellent communication

Our family enjoyed staying in Saratoga Sands. The house is clean and the location is great. Close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, mini golf, and plenty more. Hop in the golf cart and a couple minutes later you're at the beach. It's a straight shot.Seaside Vacations did a great job communicating all the details and offering suggestions for things to do and places to go. We were offered early check-in, which was nice.

The house was super cute and on a quiet street. Seaside management was very friendly and helpful. The only thing is that the house doesn't come with linens supplied and you have to make your own beds if you rent linens. I wish someone would have told us about this before we went to get into bed at night and realized we had to make our own beds.

Great Family Trip

My husband and I along with our 4 grandchildren (ages 11 - 14) enjoyed the home. It is very close to all the activities we wanted to do with our grandchildren. Short car drive to most everything. The kitchen have everything we needed, the home was very clean. The golf cart was a plus. You can get to the beach, the grocery store, the park in the 6 seat golf cart. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect home for family reunion

We enjoyed our time together at this home. It had ample space for multiple families to hang out together and make meals together. Plenty of room to sit around the living room and play games and catch up. The pool area with furniture was awesome. We spent hours hanging out at the pool every day. The short walk to the beach was awesome as well. Great job with this home!

Very enjoyable stay

This house was great. It is in a quite neighborhood just a few blocks from the ocean. We took full advantage of the golf cart and went to the beach daily. You can make two turns and pull straight into a public parking lot that we never once had an issue finding a spot for. Location is very close to Kroger which was great for a grocery pick up. We definitely enjoyed the stay!

The property was just as promoted and it was fantastic. It’s location was near everything.

Took family ranging in ages of 13-70 and everyone had a great time. The property was perfect for our group of nine and the location was so convenient to everything: beach, amusements, golf, fishing, grocery. The golf cart included with the property was the best, hardly ever use the cars. I’d definitely book this property for future NMB vacations and the property management group was very helpful as well.

Nice but …

Property as nice and we had a nice stay. But here are a few things that would improve it: 1) broken screen on the door leading from kitchen to deck; 2) not every room or bathroom had a garbage can ; 3) real downer to have to make our own beds; 4) linens just in a bag on first floor; 5) no soap or shampoo in bathrooms.

Loved everything about this home except the cameras. I just don’t feel like the owners should be watching us on our vacation. I would suggest turning them off when it’s occupied.

Excellent stay not far from the beach

We had an excellent stay at the property. We were a party of 7, with 3 young kids (five years and under). There was plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying each other's company. The property was clean and exactly as advertised. Check in was smooth. It is honestly one of the best properties I've stayed in. The extra large golf cart made for some quick and easy trips to the beach and the miniature golf course just up the road. Though, we could have (and did) easily walk to either as well.

Loved this property

Loved this property and the neighborhood. The trees and greenery was so pretty and you don’t see houses or buildings behind you. The bar area was so fun and the golf cart was just what we needed.

Very enjoyable however cameras are creepy.

Enjoyed a week here surprising my wife on her 60th birthday. House was clean and matched the advertisement. Location, golf cart, deck, grill, woods at back of house and fire pit are great features. Would have given 5 stars however the cameras are creepy, especially the one on the rear deck.

The house fit 12 of us comfortably. It was clean with many great extras including outdoor bar space, outdoor shower, golf cart, upstairs deck. The living and kitchen areas were spacious enough for all of us to be together. Highly recommend!

Clean, great amenities, spacious.

Love Saratoga Sands. Comfortable beds, full furnished kitchen, great amenities, including Netflix & AmazonPrime. The golf cart was a plus for our teenagers. Highly recommend it and would definitely return.
