Great ocean front condo. Inside was very nice, updated and spacious. Owner communication was prompt and courteous. Checkin was fast and easy,. Great location! Would 100% recommend!

property was great. Did not realize you could not have a canopy tent on beach very disappointed and would not let you set up a umbrella close to your small children by the ocean, will not be returning to this beach but the condo was great!

Really nice place.

Place was really nice. I wish I would have known about the construction before the key was mailed a week before we went. The property was always being cleaned up, staff was very friendly and accommodating. The condo could probably use some new bed speads and the dinning room chairs need to be replaced. But other than that the veiws are amazing love the size and number of bathrooms the condo had. I would recommend renting here.

Room for everyone

We loved the location of this place. It was right around everything that we usually do at the beach. The check in was fast and easy and the host was easy to get into contact with. We had an issue with our mail not arriving with the keys and the host met with us with no issue. I highly recommended staying here. The building as a whole is very clean and well kept. We also loved that there is a icecream/ food place in the building for those days we did not want to leave and just enjoy the beach. We will be staying here again.

Nice condo, issues with the complex

The condo was updated and just as described in the listing. The owner was responsive and did let us know that the balcony was being painted and would not be available for the first day or so. There was construction noise daily due to the pool refurbishment and no outdoor pool to use. Very disappointing. No fault of the owner but wish we were notfied sooner. The complex was loud at night. People yelling, loud music at all hours of the night. The condo itself is good but I would not stay at this complex again. loud muloud music, etc. at all hours. I wo

Was never told that the pools would be closed for construction. There was only lazy river and big pool no kiddie pool at all anymore. Then one day they closed the lazy river. One day the only pool was closed. This is like my 10th year staying at this resort first time with this owner. In the past when we had issues they made it right with us I asked him several times to make it right and he never did. Was told there would be toilet paper there. The only ones there were the partial rolls on the spindles it’s not that I minded buying it but was told different

100% accurate listing.

This condo was perfect for my needs and wants. The pictures and listing info are spot on. I have nothing negative to say about this condo or the owner at all. Its nice to have a parking garage right on the property. Its a bit tight but manageable.

Unbeatable locat

The property amazing and extremely clean, probably the cleanest resort in Myrtle Beach that we have stayed at! We loved the condo, it had more than enough space for our family of 5! Everything was nice. Great view. My only complaints would be, the size of the crockpot. It was small, good for about 4 people. We made it work though. Also the beds were pretty uncomfortable. But overall a nice place.

Great Communication & No Surprises!

The property had everything we needed and more. Everything was in working order (appliances, tv’s, washer/dryer, etc). Larry, the owner, was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. He responded quickly to any question I had. We are a family of 7 and we rented cars while there to get around town and experience all the things Myrtle Beach had to offer. The pools and beach were clean and well cared for. Elevators moved swiftly which is usually a challenge in large condo buildings, but we were there one week prior to the heavier occupancy levels in the area, so that might have helped! Scooby’s snack shop on the ground level was awesome! The people were so nice! We’ve decided we’ll vacation in this area again at the same time of year!

Beautiful view

We enjoyed staying in this unit. Since we went in September, the beach was never crowded (except for Labor Day weekend). The condo was comfortable and everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom and bathroom. Would definitely recommend it to others and would return next time we visit Myrtle Beach.

Ocean Waves Galore

Our vacation was great. The location of the condo was amazing - on the ocean and everything was easy to get to. The lazy river was fun, hot tub big and the pools, outside and inside, were warm and great. The owner was very responsive and everything was described as is. Would definitely book again.

Great place to hang out on the beach!

Ive stated at this building twice, this was my first time with this host. His condo was excellently appointed with all the things we needed. Plenty of room for our family and a fantastic view of the beach. the heated pools made for a great place to hid out during the storm and when the kid decided the Atlantic was just a little too cold. Highly recomended, would stay with them again!

Beautiful Beach View

We went to Myrtle Beach for a baseball tournament so when we weren’t at the diamond we got to go back to the condo and enjoy the beach and pool. There has definitely been some nice updates done to the condo. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms we had plenty of room. Sitting on the huge balcony at night was one of my favorite things to do after a long hot day.
