Quaint

It was nice. The view from the balcony was just beautiful and the sound of the ocean each day was my favorite. Full kitchen was very helpful in saving money by cooking meals. All the pots and pans were provided as well as dishes.

Condo ok, not a fan of property management company

Condo is on the older side, but ok. Issue with management company. Listing was inaccurate (no hot tub or gym access), and management company replied to my question about these in a very unprofessional manner. Check in directions are not clear. Seems like management company has generic directions/rules that are sent out for all rentals but not all of these apply to all the rentals because not all of the rentals that they manage are in the same complex/building.

Okay place but management company is awful

The actual condo isn’t terrible but the rental company is not good. First the positive: the condo has a great ocean view and the complex was very quiet/peaceful during our stay. Now the many negatives: after booking the rental company tells me I needed to submit a bunch of personal information including a picture of my credit card and my signature. I refused and they said I’d have to go by their office. Inconvenient but I agreed to do it. Next came 3 emails detailing a bunch of ways I could end up being charged extra for my stay including if I steal. Their communications & way of vetting people are targeting the lowest level of renters but they made me, a good renter, feel unease during my stay like they were going to be looking for any way to take my deposit. Then we arrived to a stained bedspread & sheets. When I reached out via text they said THEY KNEW it was stained but that it was clean. They did end up sending someone out to replace them. Fast forward to the end of the night. I went to put my kids to bed and the bottom of their feet were black from the floor in the condo. Really gross. The rest of the stay was okay although the condo is actually a 1 bedroom, not 2 as it is advertised. Then the management company sends me 2 more emails telling me not to steal and all the ways I could get charged. They ruined our stay. I would highly recommend they change their tactics and focus more on monitoring their cleaning crew’s performance. The condo itself has 5 star potential.

Location was fantastic. Beds were very comfortable. Carpeting in the room and hallways were very old and dirty. The kitchen and bathroom had several bugs walking on the floor throughout our stay which we stepped on to kill them.

Disappointed

This condo was in a good location, halfway between Barefoot Landing and Broadway on the Beach. The view was nice from the balcony. I was disappointed in the upkeep of the unit. The carpet was beyond dirty, there was food left in the refrigerator, sheets wouldn’t stay on, towels were thin and see through. We had a problem finding a place to dispose the garbage. I brought it home with me. I contacted the owner before writing this and asked why there was a cleaning fee that didn’t include waste disposal. She said it was not included. I wouldn’t stay again.

Quaint Myrtle Beach stay

My grandson had always wanted to see the ocean. So for his 14th birthday, we decided to celebrate his birthday weekend by staying on the ocean. This quaint little condo was exactly what we needed. Small but just right. The condo was clean and the checking in and out was super easy. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

Perfect Vacation Getaway!!

The condo was very clean and beautiful! Nothing was out of place! The view from the balcony was not direct oceanfront but it was beautiful none the less. The pools were clean and the staff was very kind! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again!! would love

Loved Myrtle Beach but would choose a different condo next time

While we had a great time visiting Myrtle Beach, it was a fantastic vacation destination we had some things we were unhappy with: Pros- clean, stocked with 6 towels (thin and raveling at edges) and kitchen supplies and quick to respond. Cute beach decor. Cons- pictures are misleading- very small and very old. We took several pics when we arrived due to problems with the unit- mainly cosmetic but also no smoke alarm. They contacted us right away. Sheets on both beds didn’t fit and kept coming off, only two standard pillows on the king bed. Very limited parking and large cars and trucks will have trouble getting into them at all.

Great location!

This unit worked out great for our group of 6, we didn’t need much space because we stayed on the beach! Very happy with ease of booking and location of the unit. Cabana bar was very nice and just put the front doors!

Great stay

The property was literally beachfront, smaller than imagined but that was my own fault. But overall the room was nice, and perfect for me traveling with 5 “kids” aged 16-21. I saw a lot of negative reviews after we had booked and was a bit worried, but for our stay I’ve was all great. And the hold on my card for the cleaning deposit has already been released. We would def book again!
